Buy this. Just try it. I know you’re skeptical but if you have been suffering like I am just try it.
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 years ago and this year I have been going bald. It has caused me extreme stress especially whenever I have to brush my hair. The photos show how much hair I was losing after delicately brushing my hair compared to a week taking this supplement and compared to 2 weeks. A couple weeks ago I was clearing the shower drain 4+ times and now I don’t have to clear it at all. My skin is very sensitive and I have not experienced any cystic acne. Just give it a chance. So, this is kind of a silly reason to like something, but I love how the capsules look! I have been taking Biotin for quite a while, but this is the first time I have ordered NatureMade. The capsules (maybe they’re gel caps, actually?) are small and light PINK! It makes no sense, but for some reason I love that! It’s all about the packaging, huh? Haha! At any rate, I like them!

I wear my hair in crochet braided styles mostly. Last year, I accidentally cut my own hair 🙁 when taking my hair out. These vitamins have made a huge difference in my hair health. I’ve noticed less shedding, more growth, less breakage. I started out taking only one, and they gave me a slight stomach ache for a few days. I was going to send them back, but then I decided to try them a little longer to see if I could adjust. I did, and now I take two a day. The tablets are tiny, so they are really easy to swallow. I buy these regularly now!

I am very pleased with Biotin 5000 Mcg by Nature Made. This Biotin is a great product and the five thousand mcg dosage works well for me. For your information I am five foot and one inch in height and weigh in at one hundred and twenty five pounds. I had previously tried Biotin at Ten Thousand mcgs and had a strongly negative reaction consisting of much itching. So I quit the ten thousand mcgs and purchased the five thousand mcg bottle and I have had excellent results and no negative reaction with the Biotin at five thousand mcg. I began to use Biotin because my nails were weak and constantly breaking, and my hair was also thin and weak. Biotin supports the growth of healthy nails along with strong, shiny and full hair. As I have been using this product consistently I have noticed that my nails are stronger and do not break and split as they used to before I began using Biotin as a supplement to eating healthful meals. I also have noticed my hair feels and appears to have more body and my hair definitely seems to be growing faster than before. Also I believe the brand one chooses can have a tremendous effect on how well the item performs. I have consistently had positive experiences using Nature Made brand vitamins. Nature Made Vitamins are of good quality and I am confident in their integrity. I also appreciate that Nature Made Vitamins are reasonably priced.
