Hi! I like the taste of the gummies. I’m less than sure about feeling more healthy and energetic since starting to use gummies. Seems there is a health benefit. I’ve been trying to find information about exactly what it is that fiber does to improve and maintain health. I keep the fiber gummies in the fridge to prevent sticking together when temperature is high in the house. Nice aroma. I recommend the Nature Made in a twin pack because it is more economical than single jars.

I received these a while ago and have been taking them each day. They taste great and work very well. The shipping was fast and the item was packed well. I was worried about the weather making them melt when they first arrived however they arrived fast without any issues. I have been eating these companies for years and they had good taste, texture, flavor, etc. They recently changed the whole formula and now they are pasty, stuck together, only 1 flavor instead of the 3 different, and only provide 5g of fiber instead of the previous 6 grams. Because they mush up and stick together in a clump, they are difficult to get out of the bottle. I will find something else to buy and trash these.

I have taken Nature Made. Fiber Gummies for over 5 years as a fiber supplement. They have been exceptional. Unfortunately, Nature Made has changed the ingredients in their product. The new version has a very strong citric acid lemon flavor that is irritating to my stomach and has also added Palm Oil. Sadly, I will no longer be able to tolerate or support the use of the New Version of the Gummies.

I liked the 6g version much better. The 5g are stickier & more difficult to retrieve from the container. They also stick my teeth more.
