This product is a game changer for anyone who has trouble falling/staying asleep at night. I don’t wake up or toss and turn when I take this stuff. I feel so much better in the mornings. Melatonin gives me awful dreams and makes me feel super groggy the next day. This stuff doesn’t do that to me at all. I feel refreshed in the morning and don’t have any crazy dreams. Highly recommend!

Use the correct size container you guys, it’s decietful to use a container more than twice the size needed. You would not sell hardly any of your product if you were package it in see thru containers. It’s too expensive to get a less than half full container, people will feel cheated. People are weird that way,. Good product or not.

This is very good for sleep and relaxing. I do smoke medical flower that enhances sleep too.
Calm states that you can get use to it…so I switch off here and there!

Calm can apply to the feeling I had when I was finally able to exit the bathroom. Calm is not applicable to the sheer panic that woke me at 2 am as I raced out of bed while my insides were being power washed by something akin to a geyser of magnesium bubbles. Calm is not accurate when considering the 45 minute reenactment of Dumb & Dumber (you know the scene) and I was most definitely not calm as I held on for dear life and prayed that I would retain all of my internal organs. Calm is not what I felt as my feel lifted off the floor and I was most definitely not calm as I considered the what if’s of a full toilet bowl in my near future.
In my defense, it said “start with a half teaspoon” but I really wanted to sleep. I will forever be grateful that I was not sedated as per my wishes because had a shat the bed in the midst of a peaceful slumber I would likely be down a husband. He’d have gone into cardiac arrest when the first sonic boom erupted from my exit hatch.
My first clue that I ignored was the excessive fizzing and bubbling that transpired when the hot water hit the powder in my glass. I’ll be forever grateful for the brief delay between ingestion and ejection … those 3 hours of restful sleep gave me the stamina to run the toilet bowl marathon. Today I woke up with a sparkling set of innards and a pristine, power washed pooper. Despite some mild PTSD when I hear/feel the random and infrequent gurgles, I think this might be the best cleanse I’ve ever tried.
When someone tells you to get some sleep and “calm your sh!t” I hope you proceed with caution.

A little expensive, but this stuff really works! Was recommended by a co-worker of my husband’s, we got it to help my husband fall asleep faster. It works so well we both use it and we got my husband’s father using it now too! Not only does it help us fall asleep, it helps us stay asleep through the night! Love this stuff!! I personally love the flavor, it’s like a sour flavor, but I think it’s delicious… My husband hates the flavor though lol.

I am sleeping deeper and longer. The cramps in my legs are gone and I feel more rested. Had a bit of a challenge with soft elimination, but my body got use to it. I also used a bigger cup and leveled off the teaspoons. I am in my late seventies, and glad I found this product.

I find this product deceptive – used as a substitute for the gummies with similar picture but smaller bottle. I don’t want a powder I have to drink before bed and then get up to use the bathroom! It is a non-returnable item, too! Shame on me, I guess. Will just lead to fewer purchases from Amazon!
