I drink this at night last thing almost like a tea to unwind, it’s part of my night time routine. It definitely helps me sleep better, it doesn’t cause weird dreams but I definitely get more REM sleep and when you get more REM sleep you definitely have a lot more strange dreams so just a heads up. I like the lemon for hot tea but it tastes like lemonade if you drink it cold with ice.

I had trouble with restless legs during the night, and some hip pain keeping me uncomfortable and from getting to sleep. I took half dose as recommended when starting out and it worked out really well! I fell asleep pretty quickly feeling very calm and then slept all through the night, although it made me a bit gassy the next day. I graduated to a full dose the next week but my bowels were quite runny the next 2 days and I had to replace with electrolytes… but I still slept well. Take the dose that’s most comfortable for you. A full dose may be too strong for some, like myself.
