I was more motivated to work out while I was using it and it seemed to help elevate my mood and I could lift heavier and do more reps. It had another side effect/benefit in adding to the “drive” department, which seemed to increase the drive to work out and push myself more when it came to exercise.
It was easy to take and it didn’t smell bad to me. It actually had a sweet scent and worked fine with the energy drink I used.
Overall, I’d strongly recommend it for anyone looking to increase their gains.

A nice alternative to the usual powder forms of creatinine I try to remember to put in my morning juice. Even though I have used the micronized powder form of creatine powder, sometimes it doesn’t fully dissolve in liquid. Enter the Natural Stacks Creatine+ capsules.
You get 120 capsules in each of the two containers, so 240 in total. The product is 3rd party tested (where you can actually review the results by the tester on the Natural Stacks website) and they add Fenugreek Extract and salt for better absorption. Since Creatine sometimes makes me thirsty, I was a little worried about the addition of salt to the capsules, but I didn’t find the salt made any substantial difference.
I followed the 4 capsule dosing instructions, but after comparing to the label on my powder creatine I realized this 4-capsule dosage was giving about 1/2 the 5 grams recommended daily by some fitness people. In the end I decided the convenience of not having to stir in the powder into the liquid was worth it to me, so I will continue on with these capsules. Nice product overall.

I love that I know exactly how much Creatine I am getting because this product is in capsule form. I would struggle with this when taking creatine in powder form.
This product also contains two synergistic ingredients, Himalayan Pink Salt and Fenugreek Extract to aid in maximum creatine absorption.

I usually use creatine and Himalayan pink salt in my pre workout as it is, to help flood the cells with nutrients and water, so to have it already premixed in pill form is awesome! The added benefit of Fenugreek is a major plus, as well! Have definitely noticed retained hydration during my workouts while using this product. Highly recommend!

I’ve been looking for a creatine product that sits better on the stomach than the old bulk creatine monohydrate powders. This one is in fact gentler on the guts at the recommended dosage.
I kind of prefer drinking it all down in my shake so I appreciate being able to easily open the capsules and dump the contents in my shaker bottle.
The main downside being that the price per ounce compared to a bulk container of the raw powder if a fair bit higher.
