The inhaler has a good strong menthol that opens sinuses instantly. It is not overpowering and has a good scent. I have allergies to scented products, but there is nothing in this that aggravates that. It is a good size to keep handy for when you need it plus it has a convenient keyring hole in the lid. I would recommend it and will purchase again.
