I just ordered a second bottle. It feels nice to take something that you know comes from organic sources and a company that is very transparent about the process they use to extract the vitamins. I am always skeptical when it comes to vitamins. When I take these vitamins I am confident that they’re working the way they should.

I have been using this vitamin for almost 2 years now. I was looking for a balance of vitamins that would help treat my eczema, and this one had the right balance. My skin seems to stay clearer and heals quicker – I definitely noticed a difference when I went without the vitamins for more that 2 weeks. I feel like this vitamin is absorbed better into my system.
It is low in magnesium and calcium, but you can get that from eating dairy or enough greens. I’m dairy free, so I take an additional Mag/Cal vitamin. I’m also able to get by on just taking one pill a day if I’m eating enough greens and well balanced meals. On junk food days, I take 2 pills.

Grear multivitamin. Goes down easy, natural, and helps keep your health up. Unfortunately, a little expensive. Great otherwise!

I am allergic to eggs and all dairy, and I get sick from even small amounts of cross contamination. This is SAFE! NO cross contamination.

I noticed a difference in my energy within a few days of taking these. I was on them for a few months and let it run out for about a week and definitely noticed when I wasn’t taking them again. Over all I feel so much better. They do have a pretty strong fishy taste/smell but I can take them on an empty stomach and I don’t feel sick or anything.
