These little gems have worked wonders for me. I am 23 and have had very bad irritability , anger, and depression. tried many different anti depressants and hated the side effects i got from be it sexual or mind numbing zombieness.
I take 1 and a half of these pills as reccomended by my new doctor and my god. I have complete control, i work in a very social setting that requires fast pace thinking and you have to keep your cool. well i can tell you not only did i notice the difference but so have my co workers. And not a single side effect on my end.

These work a little too well if I take them in the morning. I tend to take them now more in the evening hours. They are excellent for better relaxation. They do make my appetite more aggressive but I’m not sure everyone would react the same way.

I find that 5 HTP is a great natural alternative to Rx anti-depressants with their negative side effects. I would give this five stars for effectiveness, but I and now buy an equally effective brand at Costco or Costco.com for less money. Both products are enteric coated to avoid possible stomach upset.

I purchased for my teenage daughter. She was about 1/2 through the bottle when she found an inconsistent pill. The little round one doesn’t match the rest and there is no way of knowing what it is. I have contacted the company and am waiting to hear back. I will not be purchasing this brand again.
