    I had tried another natural product prior to trying this one, this one works far better for helping with the inflammation and pain and the fact that its natural makes me feel better about using it.

    I take this every morning and every evening. I also am pretty diligent about walking for 20 minutes or more a day. Combining these things has greatly diminished the joint pain I was having.

    THIS SUPPLEMENT IS QUITE EFFECTIVE. AS WITH ANY ARTHRITIS SUPPLEMENT, THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE IS FOR MAINTENANCE OF JOINTS AND PREVENTION OF SYMPTOMS. IF THE SYMPTOMS ARE ACUTE /CHRONIC THE DOSAGE MAY HAVE TO BE SLIGHTLY INCREASED. THIS IN NO WAY REFLECTS THE QUALITY OF THE SUPPLEMENT. IT IS VERY GOOD AND IF TAKEN ON A REGULAR BASIS IT WILL PROVIDE RELIEF. MOST IMPORTANTLY ONE HAS TO HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THIS CONDITION AND TAKE SUCH SUPPLEMENTS WITH AN OPEN MIND. I EXPERIENCED NO NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS WHATSOEVER EVEN AFTER THE INCREASED DOSAGE. THIS SUPPLEMENT IS DEFINITELY WORTH A TRY.

    Two pills has everything you could want in a joint supplement. I like the larger bottles because my whole family of takes it. Many joint supplements are 3 or 4 pills, so I appreciate this is only two!

    This product actually works. We have less joint pain after taking these. Stairs are no longer torture.

    We recommend this to anyone with joint pain.

    So far it seems to help with inflammation (too early to tell but it feels like it is). Slighty strong on the stomach but well tolerated with food, just a very large pill and not coated (to make it easier to swallow) so it has a tendency to stick to your throat at times, but with plenty of liquid is not a problem

    When you are 75 and full of arthritis these pills seem to help. They are not a cure but good for your body to keep you moving.
