I purchased this because I see the value of using Alpha Lipoic Acid as an antioxident. However, this product contains magnesium sterate and I am committed to avoiding this additive. Based on my research, it is an additive that has mixed reviews, therefore I am leaning toward staying on the safe side since I can’t trust either side. I suspect most people don’t even look at the “Other ingredients” nor even give it a thought, but I recommend staying clear of most additives if you can. My search now is for R-Alpha Lipoic Acid without unnecessary additives. My research shows that the R is more bioavailable and better for you.
