Works really great! I’ve no gallbladder so when I eat fatty foods I take one and it helps keep my tummy happy!

I found this product a year ago and was heartbroken when I couldn’t find it again until now; at Amazon. I was thrilled.
I had my gallbladder taken out a few years ago and found that I was not digesting many fats and vegetables…in addition I was experiencing serious gas at both ends! I was miserable.
This is the only product that has done it for me…no more gas or bloating, plus it really helps to “move” things along. I will take as many as 3 capsules with a larger meal; or one heavy in raw veggies/red meat.
This product is amazing and very reasonably priced.
If you have difficulties with digestion or have had your gallbladder removed, this product is for you!

This is a fantastic product!! The “guru” at my local health food store recommended this, and I will not go back to any other enzyme formula- and I’ve tried pretty much all of them. I basically thought they were all pretty much the same- not true. I have a really sensitive stomach, and if I don’t take anything, I usually get a stomach-ache after eating- not with this stuff. Unfortunately, as we get older, our bodies stop producing enough enzymes. So, don’t listen to your Dr. when he tells you that if you eat healthy you don’t need supplements. Unless you have a serious disease, or need surgery, a typical MD does not know how to get you healthy- plus, if he did, you wouldn’t come back and see him and he wouldn’t keep getting those lovely “co-pays”, plus all the kickbacks from the drug companies for getting you hooked on presc drugs. Yeah, sounds cynical, but it’s the truth.
Anyway, back to the point- for the money this is a powerhouse formula, and you should definitely see a difference. Now, please don’t think that because this is such a great product, it is ok to eat crap all the time- it isn’t, eating healthy should always be important. But, we all splurge from time to time and taking these enzymes should keep you from “paying the price” after that burger at McDonald’s!

I don’t have 1 particular digestive issue; I am trying to be proactive. I have taken Fast Food Enzymes for years due to our hectic schedule and a lot of eating out. Sometimes I eat healthy, sometimes I don’t. I like food and I don’t think that’s going to change. So to be proactive I take one of these enzymes before a meal (if I remember, if I don’t I take during or after). If it’s heavy like steak, I take 2 capsules.
The point of taking an enzyme is to help your small intestine break food down better to help/aid the digestion process so that valuable nutrients are not lost and wasted. If I skip my enzyme, I can tell a difference when I go to the bathroom so I feel that yes, this is a winner. Also, sometimes with supplements you don’t realize the benefit of consistency for a long time. This is one that’s sort of like that in that if you have a deficiency of a certain vitamin or mineral you may not know for many months or years until symptoms begin to surface. I feel for the price the benefits of Fast Food Enzymes are excellent. I also take jarrow dolphilus to help with my digestion, so perhaps the 2 working together is a combination that helps me personally.
One thing to bear in mind is that different enzymes break down different types of food. One enzyme for protein, one for fat, and one for carbs. Most enzyme supplement products focus exclusively on protein or solely on fat or solely on carbs; this one product breaks down all types of foods which again makes it a winner for me.

This product is truly AMAZING!! I’ve used off/on for years with great results. Meals that would turn me into a stomach aching, gassy mess digest easily and with NO problem after popping 2 or 3 of these before the meal. They work so well that you end taking them even when you really dont need to just for the peace of mind. Honestly the meals you have control over should be prepared to cause you minimum discomfort if possible but for times you cant or you’re eating junk and/or food that might upset your stomach these enzymes will have you fooled into thinking your digestion is ‘Normal’ again. (Anytime you’re foolish enough to think that just check to make sure you’ve got at least half a bottle on hand cause the crash back to reality can be jarring)

I feel ill when I take this after a meal, on a full stomach. I’ve had experience with plenty of digestive enzymes and this one seems to make me
Feel worse instead of better. To be fair, I took this after eating pizza not McDonalds or Burger King. It is possible that if I did eat actual Fast food that it might work better, but hey—- carbs and bread and fat I at all that stuff… maybe less grease but still.
