This is an outstanding BCAA product! I bought this for my mother-in-law a few months ago because she wanted to preserve her muscles. I was using the drink version of another brand of BCAA, but when I started experiencing stomach problems, not caused by the BCAA, but something else, I didn’t want to take the drink version because I didn’t want to irritate my stomach any more than it was already, so thought I’d try Natura BCAA supplements due to all of the positive reviews. I must say that I see more definition in my muscles after using this BCAA supplement. My mother-in law likes it so much that the last she visited, I ordered (4) bottles for her to take home with her, so she wouldn’t have to stay home and wait for the Amazon package. My hubby is using the drink version of BCAA right now, but I’m switching him to this BCAA when he finishes the container of the supplement he’s currently taking.

I was a middle aged, overweight woman with chronic fatigue and a slew of health issues(hypo thyroid, pre-diabetes, anemia, eczema, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, anxiety attacks, etc.)
After a few years of testing, thousands of dollars in medical expenses and dozens of medications I decided my health needed a dramatic overhaul. I started eating a vegetable based, organic whole foods diet and began practicing yoga daily. I’m now walking and working up to jogging two miles every morning over the past few weeks. I have never run before in my life! I was so sore and tight by the end of each day, it was really discouraging. I’m trying not to use much medication but I was depending on ibuprofen and salt baths to get through the day.
I eat well and take in a good amount of protein. I take breaks sometimes but it’s important to me mentally to have an active daily routine. This supplement has allowed me to continue to do that. I take BCAA 30 mins before workouts and my muscles are much less tight and fatigued and I’m feel balanced in yoga class. I really feel like I can take things to the next level now. In four months I have very few health related symptoms, I’m seventeen pounds lighter, stronger than I’ve ever been and completely off of medication!

I have only been taking this supplement for a week, however I notice and dramatic difference. I recently started a low carb diet, that typically leaves me moody and lacking energy to workout, but for weight loss it seems to be the only thing that works for me (low carb). This week, I’ve added the BCAA capsules about 30 minutes before my workout and I have all the energy I need to beast through my routine. It also curbs my appetite some, because following my workout I’m not starving like usual. This week alone, I’ve worked out during lunch for about 45 minutes, combining weights, and intervals on the treadmill. In one week, taking these supplements before my workouts and maintaining the low carb diet, I’ve lost 5lbs. This is a big deal for me, because as I get older, the slower the weight comes off, so 5lbs in a week is better than great! I have about 30lbs I’d like to lose, and I’m feeling pretty optimistic. I don’t think it’s a placebo effect, I think the supplements actually work. Let’s just hope it doesn’t wear off. I’ll follow-up in a few weeks.

Many products for sale fail to measure up to the hype, but these capsules deliver. I usually lose energy late in the day on handyman projects, or after a few holes on the back nine when golfing. Add this capsule to a solid breakfast, and I have the endurance of a much younger man. I experienced none of the “jangled nerves” that often accompanies energy supplements, but rather a calm determined-to-finish endurance. I searched the web for bad side effects, and found no real caution. However, I use the supplement sparingly, including it only on days when I need to go the distance. It’s not really expensive, and I am glad I gave it a try. I encourage you to give it a fair try, remembering that my results were more subtle at first than most products. I recall feeling quite pleased with myself to be able to work late into the day, when I needed to do so.

Am continuing my protein supplementation after discharge from hospital burn unit and rehab facility following an unfortunate accident involving third degree burns.
Am satisfied with my progress and am healing nicely. This approach was recomended by my surgeon, and I found the best product for me at Amazon. Reordering is efficient and I believe I will continue this product, as i do not eat a well-balanced diet, Good for what ails me.specially since I eat very little animal protein.
8/19/2015: Both my husband and I are taking these tablets now, We supplement our protein so we don’t need to eat so much animal flesh. We are almost vegetarians for health reasons.
I do find cuts and bruises heal much faster. I haven’t noticed any other remarkable improvements yet. We are into my second order and we plan to continue. judymag@cobweb.net

I’ve been taking these for about 3 weeks, and I’m still not 100% convinced they are doing much for me. Sometimes I do feel like I get extra strength during my workouts but other times I feel like I didn’t take anything at all. It’s the same for soreness. Sometimes I’m barely sore at all and other times I continue being sore for a couple days… But only time will tell. Either way it’s a good price and I’m not too disappointed.
