I’ve looked into these when my mother was having cardiovascular issues and put on blood thinners. Nattokinase came up as an addition or alternative to stronger medications for cardiovascular health and blood thinning. I can’t speak to the efficacy since I am not a doctor, but I’ve observed that this in combination with a healthy diet seems to keep the problems I was experiencing at bay.
The pills themselves are small and not horse sized, no odd smell, aftertaste, or stomach discomfort.
8/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review has been helpful.

Each cap provides 2000 IU of natto so one per day is enough for most purposes. This seems to be a fairly high quality product. I’ll use these.

this is a good way to get the health benefits of natto in pill form. the pills are small and easy to swallow. good for cardiovascular health

After my mother was diagnosed with heart disease I started considering the possibilities toward preventing the same condition in myself. One of the things I read about was Natto. A soybean dish that was fermented. I read a lot of comments that mentioned how it was a taste that might not be particularly pleasant to some people. So, I did more research. This is a capsule that has the benefits of Natto without any taste.
The pills are easily tolerated and I’ve noticed no after effects. There is no taste or aftertaste. The size is easy for me to swallow and it’s quickly become a regular in my supplement shopping list.
I did read the warning label and I spoke with my doctor. Although I don’t take blood thinners, she told me to be sure to temporarily stop taking these if I have upcoming surgery of any kind, including dental.

Dosage is two easy to swallow tablets that left no bad aftertaste and did not upset my stomach. I don’t need to explain the benefits of this supplement if you are here. I can say this is well priced.

This Nattokinase Supplement arrived well-sealed and contained 60 Capsules, with one Serving Size being 2 Capsules. The Capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad Aftertaste. Each Serving contains 200mg of Nattokinase. I take this for Vascular Health.

I liked buying fresh natto from my nearest asian market, tasted great. This supplement was great for me as I can still get the healthy benefits of natto without buying the fresh ones (which should be consumed very soon). These I can have around longer and take them whenever I need.
