200mg per serving is the right dosage for me. I also have 4 other brands of Nattokinase and I find that this has a great strength in each capsules to help in reversing plague in my arteries. I have no more appointment with my cardiologist and I don’t intend to visit them again. I don’t take a single doctor’s prescription drugs for my heart issues due to it having many side effects and complications. For my heart condition I only take supplements such as garlic oil, black seeds oil and powder, apple cider vinegar (raw and capsules), hawthorn berry powder and capsules, ginger powder, turmeric capsules, magnesium capsules (all types), Serrapeptase capsules, Lumbrokinase capsules, Nattokinase capsules, and many other Indonesian herbs to clean the systems in my body. You need to walk a lot or do some simple exercises to regulate the blood flows in your body when taking all these in order to gain back your health. And do not consume or mix with the doctor’s blood thinner medications cause it will harm you and make your condition worse. I’m 52 young male and I feel much stronger and fitter than before. Please stop your doctor’s medications and go natural to improve your health. They are expensive and full of lies in order for you to spend your hard earned money on their pharmaceutical drugs for the rest of your life. Did some research online found out that this product helps relieve high blood pressure and possible blood clots (as an anticoagulant) my feet were swollen and in pain started taking this in tandem with turmeric I take it once before I go to bed at night and turmeric when I wake up in the morning and it has helped tremendously swelling in my feet went down and pain went away (taking turmeric and this product in my opinion May lower blood pressure too much and cause headaches perhaps other problems because they both seem to be natural blood thinners) this works for me may not work for everyone but thats why I am leaving a comment to possibly help anyone with high blood pressure or possible blood clots (I believe the inflammation was relieved by the turmeric and not this product) . This product is to help blood flow as it says on the bottle, AKA and natural blood thinner. This particular brand seems to work tremendously and also has a great price. God is good thank God I found this product.

I was told in my forty’s my blood is thicker than a senior citizen’s .Take one bottle and you will know the difference. When they normally draw blood it’s thick I don’t even think the vile looks like blood it’s so thick and dark. Almost finished the bottle. They drew blood it’s bright red and as soon as she stuck me blood came out from around the needle (just a little not a lot.) The nurse asked me if I bleed easy. I said not normally . I’m very happy with this product ,I do believe it’s the real deal .Highly recommend it for thinning of the blood, this brand is made from white Natto , the reason for the coloring .
Update it’s now October 23 , I still love this product and would like to share that since my second bottle my blood pressure is 90 over 70. It Wasn’t high really before but is staying steady at that. My blood is still much thinner. Great alternative for the low cost than the prescription medications and it’s much safer.
Update November 2023, can’t find a better nato for your heart . I’ve tried others and I keep coming back to this one.

I’ve taken 4000fu of natto daily for a year and as my previous brand was unavailable bought this as I like that I only need to take one pill a day for full dose …. my blood circulation is improved and I feel better in general

So, I’m a bit confused. I have been buying this product for I believe 6 or more years. I do believe in the product as I have familial hypercholesterolemia and high Lipoprotein(a), which is also inherited. Both of these are strikes against me when it comes to heart attack and stroke. I am a 60 year old woman and have zero heart disease and my cardiologist said I have the arteries of a 20 year old. haha I give credit to this product. However, recently I dumped about 20 capsules I had in one bottle into a new bottle that I had purchased. Last night when I went to take one, I dumped out too many into my hand. Much to my surprise, some of them were pure white and some were a light beige. I opened up one of each capsule. The white powder had no taste really, and the light beige one had a mild but distinctive taste. What’s going on here? I asked on this page to have people to report in on what color their product is and I got answers of both– white and light beige. I hope they are both natto, but just maybe in two different forms? I gotta admit that I’m a little leery of it now. Hopefully the manufacturer will read this and shed some light on the subject.

Update , I just placed my order to make sure I never run out. Love this natto. This product sure works for me in finally lowering my BP numbers . Always check with your doctor for their opinion. In my case, this product sure helps me.
