I’ve been taking Natto supplements for a little over a year now as part of my daily vitamin/supplement regimen. I started after watching some videos on the potential benefits of it. I didn’t notice any adverse effects making the change to this brand. The dosage was the same as what I had been using, so I didn’t have to change anything. The number of capsules was quite generous. This looks to be a good alternative brand of Natto for me.

This six-month supply of nattokinase offers 2,000FU in each capsule. Nattokinase is a known supplement for thinning the blood and reduce soft plaque. The capsule is easy to swallow and I always take it with a full glass of water after a full meal. It is made in the US but I could not confirm if it was made in a GMP-certified facility or has been 3rd party lab tested.
