This stuff works….it works a little too well, actually. I was so excited to have found something that PUT me to sleep on the first dose, I inadvertently forgot that I had taken a pain pill earlier for my neuropathy at the second dose the following night. I was alright in the long run but that was a rough night (lol). I will recommend for new users to START SLOW. Don’t go nuts and take a full 10 mg dose right off. Give yourself a break and cut one in half and try that first. See how you feel after the 5 mg and then if you need more, then do you. Oh, and don’t make my mistake and take a dose WITH a narcotic. Dude…seriously. Any-hoo, I can say with absolution that this melatonin works, hands down. I have horrible sleep patterns (no exaggeration) and now that I’ve got the kinks worked out, I will sing its praises from the rooftops! To add, yes, I know it has a funky aftertaste. So what.
