My son is a big fan of Natrol’s melotonin gummies and we were happy to see another option from the company. This magnesium citrate gummy comes at a fair price and quantity. The gummys flavor is great and the texture was nice as well. For my kid, he did not experience any drowsiness like he does with the melatonin. It seems to help him relax at least but we’ll stick with melatonin for an actual sleep aid.

I was really excited to try these. I was hoping I could use them to transition my kids off of the Natrol sleep+calm melatonin gummy‘s. I was blown away that for about the same price and same size container you get half the amount and the flavor is completely unbearable. My children could not tolerate these & frankly neither can I. The aftertaste is horrible.

These worked for helping my ADHD sons overall mood improve. They did not work for helping him fall asleep or stay asleep.

These actually help my son sleep. I love that they don’t contain melatonin because melatonin cause an aggression reaction in my youngest son. They seem to work best when taken about 30 minutes before bedtime.
