I received these yesterday and was so excited to get some relief for my swollen pregnant feet and ankles. I ordered the S/M according to the description because I wear a women’s size 7. These socks would not go on my feet! Now, admittedly they are swollen, but given that the socks are advertised as women’s size 7-12, you would think they would have some extra room.
I went to my orders to process a return and consider ordering the bigger size, but they are NOT RETURNABLE. I’m so angry about this policy and that I completely missed it in the description. Don’t waste your money – order from a company who stands behind their products.
P.S. I liked the color but the fabric of these was like a cheap polyester/rayon.

We recently bought two sets of the ice mitts and socks to use during chemotherapy to reduce the risk of neuropathy, a very common side effect of paclitaxel. I initially bought one set, concerned about quality and fit and was very pleasantly surprised at how wellmade and soft/comfortable both the mitts and socks are.
In terms of sizing, I am a women’s size 9-9.5 shoe and the small/medium fit perfectly/snugly. I don’t know that it would fit a women’s shoe size larger than that. I have rather large hands and the gloves also fit perfectly. My paclitaxel infusion lasts 3 hours and they recommend putting on the gloves and socks 15 minutes prior and leaving them on 15 minutes after. The first set was a little too cold on my hands so we improvised with latex gloves and a papertowel around my hands until the mitts warmed up a little. Next time we will try thin cotton “moisturizing” gloves (WITHOUT any moisturizer added!) and remove them as soon as possible. Thin cotton socks worked great under the ice socks initially.
We did run into a challenge with the second set not staying cold long enough to complete the 3.5 hours and the first set not having enough time to refreeze so I have ordered a 3rd set for next time. I don’t think most people will run into this if they are able to keep the mitts/socks in a freezer at the facility upon arrival. We did have an ice chest but were delayed a couple of hours for blood draw, etc, so it was a while before we could get them into the freezer.
Can’t say how grateful I am to have found these! I hope this review helps someone else as confused as I was about what to do.

Got myself all tied in a knot over how to put the socks on. A master electrician and an engineer couldn’t help me. I left messages on the manufacturers phone service. I couldn’t wrap my head around two socks being sewn shut so began my investigation. When in doubt look into Dr Google! Alas a video on how to put on the socks. Yup. Needed a video. The two separate openings escaped the w3 of us for a full day. I was so disappointed as I waited for deliver on them a good while. Once I got it figured out I adapted in to my need. I actually need the long sole ice pack on my upper foot and toes and the small one on the ball of my foot. That’s where my injuries lie. Scarf Akin Bunionectomy. These work great but the sizing is off. I’m a women’s 8-81/2. I almost couldn’t get these in. I will keep them since it’s too much hassle to return but if you’re maybe a women’s 7 and above get a large.

The socks have given me quality of life I have not seen in years!!! I have psoriasis on my feet that cripples me. Skin breakdown is my biggest concern. Even the friction of regular socks make my skin breakdown and create open wonunds when I do much walking. These socks are super soft and offer (no friction my feet!) I can even work in them when my feet already have sores. The gel pads make you feel like your walking on air! There are so many ways you can use them to meet your individual needs. My skin breaks down is worst on the inside of my ancle. So I wear them inside out and put the pads inside my work boots and shoes. The reason being the inside seam of the sock would be to rough. I put the pads in the shoes instead of the sock because my feet swell and the socks would be to tight then. I put photos showing the inside and outside seams. I have a ranch and have had to give up all that I love about working with my horses because of skin breakdown. And my worship at church was crippled as well. (BUT NOW I HAVE A LIFE!!) THE PHOTOS OF MY FEET ARE FROM THIS MORNING, I CANT EVEN WALK ON barefeet with out pain. But these socks will allow me to put on my boots and go work in the barn. I beg you to invest in at least one pare of these socks and give them a try. (You will not regret it!!) I have not I nvested in this company am make nothing on my review. I am taking the time to write this, because if it helps someone else as much as it has me, it will be worth the time! I am replaceing all of my socks with these. Thanks!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but these socks are so heavenly I just had to! I’ve been suffering with painfully hot feet through pregnancy, especially in the heat of summer, and this issue has been keeping me up at night.
These socks are a game changer, my feet are happy and so am I! Best gift I’ve given myself in a while!

These are really nice, but as I am a size 9, I should’ve got the large so just warn you make sure you get the right size because they’re really hard to get on. They were awesome for about an hour, but after that, they lose all coolness But I didn’t expect much out of them

I got these for my husband, who battles with Plantar Fasciitis, one of the big side effects that he struggles with is hot feet.
Most of the time this will come up at night when he is trying to sleep, he use to toss and turn for hours trying to get comfortable. Thats not the case anymore! He loves how easy they slip on and how comfortable the material is. They’re not too snug but still stay on the feet nicely in bed. These have helped him fall asleep faster and sleep better on nights when hot feet plague him. He constantly tells me how much he loves having these.
Sizing is unclear on the seller’s site and on Amazon. Thought they list they’re sizes, the reviews seem to have a different story. I wasn’t sure if they’d fit, but I took the chance. He wears a mens 12 wide, the large fit with room to spare even with the gel packs in the pockets. He said he’d probably fit a bit better in medium, however he sees no need in returning them for a smaller size. They do the job well, even if they are a little big.
He’d highly recommend these to anyone who stuggles with hot feet!
