This is a great ice pack kit. It holds the ice pack firmly in place against the needed area, and you can put it on as loose or as tight as you like. It is only good for ankle, wrist or foot though (medium adult or child) as the wrap is just the right size for these applications. I have used it for a sprained ankle/ foot and it was very helpful. The ice pack is removable and doesn’t take up much room in the freezer either. I was a bit worried it was going to be much good because when it arrived the ice pack was quite fluid on the inside, but after being frozen, the ice pack keeps cool for about 20 minutes which is a perfect ice application time. I plan to buy a second one!

I want to respond to some of the negative reviews. This wrap is great. One said the ice pack is to small. You should wear it across your arch as shown in the picture. They should fit most any foot. I have a large foot and my wife foot is very small and they fit both of us. The velcro will stick to any part of the strap. I bought two so I can ice both feet at the sometime. My doctor says to ice for 30 minutes at a time. They stay plenty cold for that and much longer. These are so much better than a ice pack. Since you attach them around your foot you can cross your legs or move normally. Don’t walk on them that maybe too much pressure on the packs. Last thing one person was upset about no returns. They cost $10.00 bucks. If that is going to break you, you should probably not be shopping for anything and use a plastic bag with ice. Your cost maybe 5 cents. Take a chance and you wont regret it.

Wrap works OK, but comes out of the freezer hard as a rock. It needs to thaw about 30 minutes before it’s flexible enough to wrap around my wrist. I have to believe that the people who say it doesn’t stay cold are putting it in the refrigerator instead of the freezer as recommended.

After you put them on your feet, don’t unstrap them. Just Put in freezer or fridge. Then just slide them on…

I am very sensitive to cold/hot to my skin. So I had to add a washcloth in between the ice pack and my foot to tolerate it. I can still feel the cold but at a reduced level to what I can withstand. It absolutely helps the pain in my foot at the end of each day. I like that I got the 2 pack for a great price, so if I need to ice both I can. Without the washcloth, the wrap would be too large for my foot size also, so the washcloth benefits me in more ways than one. I would recommend this. But if you have narrow feet, the Velcro may not connect properly.

I have Achilles tendonitis both feet and these wraps are perfect from the freezer to my ankles. Give 20 mins good ice cooling which is just enough for my therapy. I also have NatraCure cooling socks to too.

I purchased these looking for pain relief for the soles of both feet. These work great!! The design is just what I was looking for and the ice pak stays cold for a long time. My husband has used these with ankle pain. I’m impressed with the other items this company offers. I’m hanging onto the catalog (that was sent with this product ) so if I need something else, I can find it. Very impressed.

I bought this to help with my inflammation of plantar fascia on my foot. The wrap works just fine, however caution would be given to those with very small feet. I have normal arches and this fits fine but the velcro only covers a small square (my suggestion to the manufacturer would be to expand the velcro area so its more adjustable to sizes smaller and larger.) so I can tell if you needed this to be tighter around your arch, some people might find it a bit big (for other parts of the body it would probably be fine too unless again, you have very thin/small elbows, wrists and hands. For me it was just fine though and the removable pad that you throw in the freezer or wash by itself is convenient. I just throw it in with the bagged veggies and pull it out whenever I need some soothing. I’ve been happy with it so far and the material seems pretty durable and seams seem pretty tight so far. Only thing I kind of wish is that the jell kept the cold longer but I dont think there is anything you can do about that. By the time I can tolerate the cold pack, usually it will loose most of the cold within a few more minutes. You may want to wear a sock or some kind of protection between your skin and the cold pack just so you can get that deep penetration longer of the cold.
