Perfect for kids and adults, you don’t have to be out there buying two different packs. The scent is refreshing but not overpowering. Super easy to use, stick it and forget it.

I think these helped, but definitely not as well as the other reviews said so. They smell good and are cute. The main problem is that they don’t stick to clothing very well. My kid has trouble breathing at night and that’s why I bought these and they fall off often. Which kinda defeats the purpose. If they wanted to make this product better they would make it more sticky. You could try just putting tape on the back instead.

I’ve tried so many remedies for my kids’ stuffy noses, but nothing is as effective as this patch. The cooling bursts of essential oils are soothing and last for hours. It’s so easy to use, just stick it on, and they’re good to go. I also appreciate that it’s safe for all ages, so even my baby can use it.

As soon as I opened the bag, it smelled like it was Going to work wonders for my child and boy will I tell you it did!
He didn’t even notice the sticker. The smell was strong but not to the point where it was uncomfortable. He used it even at night, stuffiness went away after 3 days.
Not going to lie, I think about wearing a pat h just for the smell (like perfume)
