I can’t even say enough good things about this product, but if you are a chronic “mouth breather” like me, you will not even believe what a HUGE, HUGE difference these strips will make in your daily life. I constantly breathed through my mouth, even during the day. I was just so “used” to it, that I didn’t even realize how much better my life could be. All because of these wonderful little strips.
The reason I was a chronic mouth breather, is because my nose was always stuffed up. I was always sneezing too, and it was, in all likelihood, due to allergies. What I didn’t realize is just how negatively all that chronic mouth breathing, was affecting even my very health! I had been feeling all foggy in my head, and used my home oximeter to check my oxygen levels. The levels were consistently a dangerously low 92-93; very, very worrisome for me.
Then I remembered that I had a box of these nasal strips and, out of sheer desperation, put one on. Instantly, I could actually breathe. And, I could close my mouth, for the 1st time in forever. Then, I checked my oxygen levels again, and now they are consistently at a good level (98-99). What a turnaround. I am 100% sold on these now. I don’t ever want to be without them. They are a total game changer!
These strips DO have excellent staying power. I just make sure to wash my nose thoroughly with just regular bar soap. I don’t recommend using any type of moisturizing face wash prior to application. Then, I apply the strip, centered over the bridge of my nose. You should not ever touch the adhesive part of the actual strip itself, while applying it. Just grasp each end of the strip, while in place, and peel each side of the paper backing off simultaneously.
When the strips are applied properly to a clean nose, they last half a day (12 hours) for me. Then, I put a new one on. Because the strips are clear, I wear mine all day long. I would rather have good oxygen levels going to my brain, then worry about what people might think. The medium size is just right for my nose size. My nose is not large, just average size, or maybe a bit smaller. This is a truly a wonderful product.
Hawkeye –
These are more comfortable and they remain stuck to your nose all night! I used Breath Right for years, but these are much better and cheaper. These are more comfortable while you are wearing them. The adhesive seems to be easier on my skin, while also keeping the strip attached much longer. I highly recommend them.

I am supposed to use a C-Pap but I don’t because it hurts my nose. I instead wear these nasal strips, my husband says I don’t snore anymore and I feel more rested. These are very strong, I usually have a mark on the sides of my nose where they were pulled out to open my nares but that goes away within an hour of taking them off.

I’ve tried all kinds from top bran names to cheap ones. These by far are the best! Easy to use, works amazingly. No itching, stays put, no residue and comfortable. Make sure you don’t have any oil or moisturizer on your nose as no strips will ever stay on. I’m very pleased with the size, perfect for woman. I also love that they are clear. The product is fine except for one important thing – it doesn’t stay for longer than 5 min. Shame because I need it for the night.

They are great for nights you are congested but the “glue” is not perfect. Sometimes it sticks so hard that even in the morning is hard to get them off, but the main issue I find with the adhesive is that it doesn’t adhere if I have any sort of face lotion or face cream.
