This does really help with recovery. The ingredients like tart cherry have a lot of evidence for that. The taste is good. Reminds me of Lipton Iced Tea powder…
Only problem is the powder begins to harden quickly. If you don’t use it after its opened, it will become rock hard rather quickly.

I have to say, I was not a huge fan of this when I first tried it. However, it’s grown on me after a few days and I’m back to set up a subscription. It’s refreshing and a little grassy/it has a plant flavor I can’t describe but it’s not terrible. My one complaint is that it doesn’t dissolve well and some of the ingredients settle to the bottom. Even so, I like this brand and I’m happy with this. If I don’t need a protein drink, I mix creatine into it and just drink it like lemonade (I can’t imagine mixing this into a smoothie, yuck). Give it a few tries if you don’t love the flavor at first.

I really like the flavor, nice and tart without being overbearing. I don’t know if I’m getting any of the health benefits because I’m drinking it with Naked fiber, so I don’t know if it’s also helping with my digestion. I haven’t noticed a difference with my focus or improvement with sleep, other any other benefit I read some people having. I’ve been drinking it for 3-4 weeks now, and I’m going to buy another container and see how it continues to go. For the price and the flavor, I don’t mind using it a little longer to see if it will help

Super tasty. I know it’s supposed to taste like blueberry lemon, but for some reason to me this tastes like the old school Nestea powdered iced tea with lemon! It’s SO GOOD. I never sleep well after jiu jitsu, and this stuff helped relieve some soreness and made it much easier to fall asleep.

This tastes so good!!! The tart cherry and lemon help you heal after doing activity. This is the stuff. You mix 2 scoops in water and mix. I have this on hand for after my workouts and volleyball. Seems to rehydrate me. This is a must try. Normally would have gone through the actual website, but I needed it lickety split.

I have used 2 containers of this to give it a fair shake and see if it was effective at providing any sort of recovery. I did not personally notice any difference but personal experiences may vary.
I always mixed this in with protein shake for after runs/workouts and did notice the lemon flavor would overpower my very lightly flavored protein and fruit mixed in. Taste was decent but it looks like it wouldn’t dissolve well if only mixed in water but in a shake worked great for me.
Overall 3/5 because it didn’t have any negative effects on me but never provided enough of a noticeable recovery to make it worth purchasing again. Love Naked products and will continue to use their protein without this recovery powder.
