I’ve been taking this for a while now, since I received it. The pricing for 2 month supply on something like this is really good. The ingredients all look really good. I however, haven’t really noticed results. To be fair I haven’t been doing all the things is should- so I’m not sure I can really blame this. I think its worth a try, if you’re doing all the right things.

Product: “Naked Metabolism Booster & Thermogenic Fat Burner for Men & Women” – This stuff is basically a diuretic side effect wise. stay hydrated and go frequently. It’s not so much a laxative. But after 45 days I was down a few pounds and I had not altered my eating habits. Take with a meal, otherwise your stomach is going to be nauseous at first. No strong odors but the capsules are slightly on the large size and are not very heavy. I have not had any issues with other side effects.

So we are trying these out and seeing who will have more results and faster results. So far it has not been long enough to tell yet. But the product has all the right ingredients known for weight loss and burning fat so I am hopeful.

I took this for the whole two months and it helped me in the morning start my day without coffee. The caffeine content is about a cup so it was just what I needed. The ingredients list has a few of the things I take separately so I didn’t have to double up and this one capsule was enough. Taken in the morning I did notice I wasn’t as hungry and it helped me get through my intermittent fasting. As with any thermogenic make sure you drink a lot of water to help with digestion. The price for two month supply is very competitive.

I have been using the Naked Metabolism Booster & Thermogenic Fat Burner and while initially satisfied with its performance, I am compelled to stop purchasing due to concerns over its ingredient list. The presence of FD&C Red 40, FD&C Yellow 5, and Titanium Dioxide in the capsule shell, along with other fillers like Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, and Silicon Dioxide, has raised significant concerns for me.
FD&C Red 40 and FD&C Yellow 5 are synthetic dyes linked to potential health risks including hypersensitivity and behavioral changes in adults due to chemical changes in the brain and depletion of crucial minerals like zinc and iron. Titanium Dioxide, often used as a coloring agent, has been classified as possibly carcinogenic to humans when inhaled, and its necessity in dietary supplements is highly debatable. Moreover, commonly used fillers like Magnesium Stearate can hinder nutrient absorption, while Silicon Dioxide, although generally recognized as safe, adds no nutritional value and is purely anti-caking.
These ingredients collectively do not align with Naked Nutrition’s promise of using minimal and transparent ingredients. It is disappointing to find such additives in products from a brand that claims to prioritize health and fitness goals through premium and straightforward ingredients. Until there is a reformulation that adheres truly to the ethos of simplicity and transparency, I will be looking for alternatives that uphold these values more strictly.
