I like this supplement because it doesn’t have any of the typical filler ingredients. The antioxidant blend however doesn’t look ad “powerful” as they claim it to be since I just dint know the exact amount of each of those ingredients listed. But everything is great, I love the combination and I guess time will tell h9w effective these are!

These pills have very high potency of supplements that I was looking for and they are all in one pill. 9000 mg of trans-resveratrol, 4000 mg of berberine, and 1000 mg of quercetin and milk thistle. A great combination of supplements.

I take this supplement in the early afternoon after lunch to give me a little energy boost to finish out my work day. I find it works great for combating the afternoon snoozies and helps me power through the rest of my work. It is also good to take it in the morning to get you up and going, especially if you don’t have time to grab a cup of coffee on your way out the door. I haven’t really noticed anything else, but I am hoping, with regular use, that I will get some anti-aging, focus and other health benefits from these quality ingredients.
The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day. Each bottle has 150 capsules inside, making this a 2.5-month supply I love that these are made in the USA and that they appear to be great quality. They are an affordable way to add some extra health benefits to your life in a quick and easy way. I appreciate the extra amount in the bottle and the value. I will definitely be back for more!
