These taste good, actually they taste too good. They are addictive, lol. You’re suppose to only eat 1 a day but sometimes I take 2 because they taste so good. The bottle contains 60 gummies and the recommended dosage is 1 per day, so one bottle will last for 2 months. In addition to NAD, the gummies also contain Vitamin B3, D3 and zinc. I plan to make NAD a permanent addition to my daily supplement regimen.

The taste is very good and the gummies are just as much of a joy to eat as any traditional gummy bear. The company was trademarked in June of 2024 and therefore has not been around long enough to have a good or bad reputation yet. NAF is supposed to be great for aging and this also has zinc and vitamin b and a few others. I have not noticed any big difference but it is always hard to tell if these sorts of things are effective, I have certainly not noticed any side effects.
