This supplement is a great way to add trans-resveratrol to my diet because they are manufactured in the USA, which gives me peace of mind. These capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste or smell. I did get migraines both times I took this, so I’d advise anyone who tends to get migraines from red wine to choose a supplement without red wine extract. This supplement will likely be great for most people, but I’ll have to avoid this one.
