I take N-Acetyl-Cysteine from time to time for the various health benefits and I usually pay more for such supplement. This is n amazing value for 3 months supply. This capsules are easy to swallow and I don’t have any side effects, no aftertaste. This supplement made in the USA, manufactured in an FDA, GMP and NSF certified facility, lab tested by a 3rd party, so I am pretty confident in the quality of this supplement.

(1) For 500 mg of NAC, the price of only $11.11 for 100 capsules is excellent and affordable. The upside of starting with 500 mg (and not something greater like 1,000 mg which is what I usually take), is you can start lower and see your effects and tolerance and increase if necessary.
(2) While not made in the USA, this product is manufactured in a GMP certified facility, and bottled and tested in the USA.

This stuff smells like real NAC. Each capsule contains 500mg, which makes dosing easy.
The product is encapsulated in the United States according to the packaging. That leaves me to wonder if the actual NAC inside was produced in the US as well. However, it is tested for purity and efficacy in the US, which is reassuring.
This seems like a good price point for 100 capsules.

I take NAC regularly, and I have been for years. It is an important antioxidant and has anti-viral properties. It is also a precursor for your body to produce glutathione (which is an important reason for me personally to take this). I got this GENEX NAC to try because it checks the boxes: Made in the USA, manufactured in an FDA, GMP and NSF certified facility, lab tested, and professional grade. And – the capsules are made from vegetable cellulose, not magnesium stearate. I find these are easy to swallow and don’t have any side effects. The price point on this product is great – especially for a 3-month supply. I will be reordering this product again when the time comes.

I’ve used about 6 different brands of NAC before, and while they all smell a bit bad like sulfur which is normal, this was something else entirely.
It smelled like a bottle of pure rotten eggs…I left it open for a few hours to air the bottle out and then took a pill out and smelled it later, and it was still exactly the same. I tossed them in the trash, not going to risk it. I would go with another brand instead.

I have been taking various brands of NAC daily for years, and was suprised when I saw the comparatively
lower price for 100 days of this Genex NAC supplement, even though this is filled & tested in the US. However each of these capsules only contains 500mg of NAC and I’m accustomed to taking 600mg/day. This Genex NAC also has an unpleasant odor too– I left the lid off for a couple hours to try and fumigate it, but had to move it into another room because I could still it. It doesn’t smell as awful as one other horrible smelling brand that I recently tried, I’ll still be able to use-up these after I continue to let it air out. But in the future I’ll pay a few dollars more and revert to one of my usual brands to avoid the smell and get the higher strength.
