I mix it with flavored yogurt to mask the taste. It’s a great deal, but a pain that it needs quite a bit of masking to be palatable.

Prefer this powder to huge pills to swallow. This is the best form of R-Lipoic Acid (ALA) and the highest concentration of any product I’ve found. I take for feet neuropathy and it seems to help some. Mix into morning smoothie.

it has a burning? effect. not the whole powder but tiny spots here and there on my tongue. NEVER again! lol…will try the kind of rice paper in which people wrap toffees. choose well.
