The product itself is great. It looks pure white and has a slight sour and bitter taste which is not very unpleasant. It is also effective and works well. Here is my experience with this product.
On day one, I took about 100-200mg in the morning on an empty stomach (I’m not sure about the amount because I have no scale of any kind at hand), then I felt it a little bit easier for me to do my usual 4km fast walking on the treadmill. The whole day I felt a little bit more energetic than before and my brain experienced a little bit more acuity and concentration. But I could not fall into sleep that night because I did not feel sleepy at all. The next morning, however, I felt tired and listless.
On day two, I took another 100-200mg in the morning on an empty stomach. I did not do any exercise that day because the previous sleepless night made me feel quite exhausted. The whole day I felt a little bit tired, but not so tired as before when I took no NALT. I must say that my brain still felt clear and concentrated. In the afternoon, I felt another effect of NALT which other viewers seldom mentioned. It is difficult to describe but let me try to. That afternoon I experienced an usual sense of calmness. There was nothing uncomfortable about me, but the sense of calmness itself was a little bit unpleasant, because I felt too calm to be interested in anything. I did not want to eat or drink anything; I had no apetite for anything. I found a good movie but I lost my interest in it. I did not feel like to listen to any music, though I love music. That afternoon life seemed to have lost its taste and color, and I felt no interest in it. I guess this effect of NALT is the very reason why it can help people quit addictive stuff. That night I slept quite well.
On day three, I took no NALT and I did my usual 4km fast walking on the treadmill. Though I had slept well the previous night, that day my brain felt quite tired. That night I slept well too.
On day four, still I took no NALT and still I did 4km fast walking. However, this time I ate a candy. The whole day I did not feel as tired as the previous day, but I felt quite sleepy and my brain could not concentrate well.
So, based on my own limited experience with NALT, I can say that this product is quite effective. But I do not like the other calming effect of NALT. Furthermore, I learned that NALT can be turned into melanin, and as a result, I took no more NALT, for I do not want to sacrifice my complexion. However, I’m thinking of giving this product to my parents, for they are now in their seventies and senile dementia is their main concern now.

Update june 2016..ive found using intermittently best for me as days in a row makes me tired ( maybe my body is downregulating it?)..
When i use it i find best in bombproof coffee stack and on an empty stomach..i also have to use my 1/32 tsp or its just too much…
Geat energy and focus that way..so i save that for when i really need that extra focus or when im really tired and facing my most busy day..so probably once a week or less..
As an alternative for energy only try bulk supp d ribose..this i put a teaspoon in coffee with pauling protocol. .then eat half hour later..its not as good for focus but gives nice smooth energy..no jitters ( unless you forget to eat half hour later..as it lowers blood sugar).. its heart protective by helping atp so heart and all other muscles…worth a google!
Ive also discovered my biggest energy problem was my acidity ( even though we eat pretty darn good) ..so if energy is an issue get the $11 test strips and check that ( also google acidosis)

Wow!!!…this is one that really makes ya feel something…Im still workin with the dosing…I was interested in this because I am avoiding synthroid, and tired of living on coffee…so I saw many things on tyrosine for thyroid…along the way I also saw Bomb proof coffee, and though that uses regular tyrosine I was interested in it as a way to clear the fog and increase energy ( its coffee/tyrosine/creatine/cocoa ( not the dutch processed)/oil)
since this is much stronger I tried 1/8 tsp ( please order the little set on amazon cuz I was tryin to guess with my 1/4 tsp…I got the 3 piece that has 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, very inexpensive), I used 1/4 tsp creatine and 1/2 tsp cocoa, and a drop of grapeseed oil, in my coffee on empty stomach and Whoa!!!…I decided not to drink all of it and save a third for later upside LOTSA energy, not jittery like too much coffee, but strong enough I didn’t wanna push it…downside after about 5 hr, kinda pooped out ( though was curiously able to push through better than I expected even though I didn’t feel like I would..hmm)…went I went in from my yardwork I drank the rest and it was much less noticeable ( though now I think its because it wasn’t on an empty stomach, and maybe cuz it sat so long)…So I was excited to have only had one cup of coffee all day instead of several, but It gave me a headache by end of day ( I am prone to them but have eliminated most through diet), and an ever so slight anxious feeling as it wore off…so next day I dropped down to 1/16 and that was way better though still a tiny headache at end of day ( no anxiety)…Ive tried it by itself, but still have kind of a fog without the coffee…Im ecstatic about not living on coffee, but I do wonder if its safe to use this consistently for years ( if anyone has info on that please let me know cuz Ive seen conflicting info on that)…does it make a noticeable difference HELL YEAH!!!…but way less effective if not on an empty stomach, and it really takes a tiny bit so please don’t overdo it!…I will update this further into my experimenting!
