Love it. I have very dry sinuses. I mostly use at night before bed. It opens things up and makes my nose run and I sleep great. Stuffy nose no more.

I live in a seasonally dry climate and have sinus problems so I thought this could be a solution for me. It seemed to be effective and worthwhile for that purpose. However, it stopped working after less than 2 weeks of their recommended use. It began to shut itself off shortly after turning itself on due to a lack of power and appeared to be shorting out or simply lacked the energy to power up and would not recharge.
In addition, there is nothing *free* about this product as shown in its description because it had to be plugged in to be recharged after each use while it was working, and it is awkward and heavy to hold for 15 minutes, because there is no neck harness as had been provided with the original model (It has the same battery pack size as a cordless electric drill, the difference being that the drill battery retains its charge much longer than a single use). There is also nothing financially free about this item because it is 50 percent more expensive than their original model, but unlike their original, you cannot use distilled water with this product, only their very expensive vials of their special water and they appear to be the only ones designed to fit into the input of the purifier. In other words, you have to buy replacements from them.
I have also since found out that there are other similar items available on Amazon, at least one of which is a well known brand name, at a much lower price. These unfortunately did not appear when I purchased the product because I searched for this specific product by name pursuant to a TV Ad for this product.

I have been experiencing sinus issues for about a year. My sinuses would simply close down with little or no mucus. I tried decongestants, antihistamines, and nasal washes. All of those measures provided limited but short term relief. I also experienced disrupted sleep patterns as my ability to breath easily while asleep constantly caused me to wake up–I had become a mouth breather. My sister viewed a TV ad for Mypurmist and suggested that I should check it out. When I received the unit, it proved easy to set up and start using immediately. On the first evening after I received the unit, I used the unit three times for15 minutes each time (including the “scentpad”). Each time my sinus pressure noticeably decreased. That night I actually slept through the night and in the morning I felt more refreshed than I had in many months. I have been using the unit for four days now and I have been feeling much better each day. I have not used any medication for four full days and I feel great. I highly recommend the 2020 Mypurmist Free!

My husband purchased this godsend because we were both having severe seasonal allergies additionally I was having puffy swollen eyes and we both have anxiety, asthma, COPD, breathing issues with Our lungs. This has been a game changer for both of us it feels like having a spa in your home and we use it as A daily relaxation and self-care ritual. In a time where many doctors offices salons and spas are closed this is a beautiful way to care for yourself and your health. It is comfortable easy to use and has improved Our asthma, allergies & breathing my skin my puffy eyes my nasal passages and helped with the recent cold I had. We will continue using this daily As a part of our health regimen. I’m so overjoyed that he found this wonderful product. It’s great for people who want to do things naturally prescription free. It’s very comforting and you can adjust the level of the steam heat. It also comes in corded and wireless Versions. If you use it daily recharge after daily use. This device is wonderful. I love that it is cordless so I can use it anywhere. It delivers instant warm mist that is just the right temperature and it really helps the sinuses. Much better than bending over a bowl or pan to breath in the steam. Small and lightweight enough to hold with old arthritic hands. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it doesn’t hold a charge long enough for two treatments. I use it for 15 minutes at a time twice a day and cannot get a second 15 minutes from it before it needs to be charged so I have to charge it twice a day. It is a bit expensive and the water refills are pricey, but I feel like the water is better for me to breathe.
