So I used to buy their Whey Isolate directly from Amazon. Then, I started to buy from the MyProtien website directly. First, their website gives you the same image for all flavors. After having so many issues with their website and recreating the shopping cart several times, I forgot to select the Unflavored (image is exactly the same as the chocolate). So I paid for 11 Lbs was $170. When received I explained to them that it was not the flavor I asked for and tha it is still in un-opened packages. They compared the order to the shipping an decided that I should pay for the freight ignoring that it was their website issue. Talk about interesting client service logic. After paying over $23 to return and reaching out to them every week and the tracking shows that they have received it. I kept reaching by account chat since their phone system kept sending me to voice mail that they are not available for some older holiday. Every time I send a message inquiring, they take 3 days to respond that I should wait another 3 days to receive an answer. The last few messages started to add that they are sorry and they would escalate it internally. After my continuous frustration, I contacted my credit card and canceled the payment. Within a few days, I received my credit from my credit card. A week later (now almost 6 weeks) I received my credit from MyProtien.
It maybe a good product, unfortunately that is not enough in the 21st century. They lack client service acceptable norms. First, making me pay me for freight due to frustration with their website crashing. Then, having anyone their take ownership of the return situation and following up on it. Lastly, taking forever to credit me back.

Mixes well but tastes terrible. It has a fake, metallic taste to it and is not very thick even with quite a bit mixed in. It’s also causing some bloating which makes me think it might not be isolate.

I actually don’t want to give it a 5 star as I don’t want the price to increase haha. It tastes great and nutrition wise it deserves a solid 5 stars. A little high in sodium but very low in cholesterol. Highly recommend this product, unlike the previous product I purchased which tasted like plastic. I’ll be recommending this to all my friends to try as well.

Been on and off with MyProtein since about 2016. The quality of the actual product itself is amazing, they have been quality tested by LabDoor and are consistent. Flavors tastes light and don’t give digestive issues.
The packaging of the product is horrible, been complaining for years. 5 pound bag day 1 I literally cannot reseal the ziploc at all, it just doesn’t work. Think they tried Velcro for a short period, but whatever they use now it is so bad. Just get a slideable zip. I stopped using MyProtein for a couple years due to this, but now I’ve gotten plastic jars that I can dump the bag in. Just get a slideable zip like the Optimum Nutrition bag. I’m paying over $100 for a bag that cannot reseal at all, it’s insane.

I had already tried MyProtein as a brand and it is always TOP. I love these proteins because they have excellent solubility in water or skimmed milk. Lately I have been using an automatic shaker and just one turn is enough for complete solubility. I am really satisfied! The taste is also fantastic! I usually combine it with instant coffee to reduce the sweetness when I want something good but a little more bitter and… I have to say it’s the bomb!

I was so excited when receiving this product yestrday as MyProtein was actually my PT recommendation. However, when I tried it today, I was shocked to see that the powder clumps together. I tried to break it with a spoon and shake it again, it doesn’t work. It doesn’t even disintegrate in hot or cold water. Honestly, the smell and taste is nice but it is disgusting with the clumps. It felt like a clump of dust in my mouth. It is horrible to look at even. Such a disappointed experience. This is the 1st time I had protein shake that is clumpy. I hope I get a refund.

This is the easiest to drink protein powder I ever tried. Mixes well, not too sweet (which is so hard to find) and the thickness (or the lack of) is amazing, it’s almost like drinking water (texture wise).
So if you are looking for something that tastes like a milkshake this is not it at all, but if you are like me and want something incredibly easy to drink that you can have every day and not dread it then definitely try this. I only tried the chocolate flavor.
Also I was surprised that a 2.2 lbs has 40 servings! Is this normal? I feel like this is higher than most other ones I tried, so it’s a good value too.
The only thing I do not like is that it has artificial flavors. Come on MyProtein, you made such a great product but cheaped out on the cocoa powder 😂 I literally almost did not get it for this reason and I am sure that I am not the only person choosing products (especially supplements) based on how natural they are.
