Was getting tired of the thicker always chocolate type shakes.
This is very flavorful!
It isn’t thick at all, just like drinking water.
It mixes well but does get VERY foamy when mixing so I make it and do follow the directions of letting it sit for a few to settle haha.
Doesn’t bloat me at all, or feel heavy after drinking it.
Worth the price, even if it’s a bit more than I’d like to pay haha.

I waited too long to try this stuff. It tastes exactly like a watermelon jolly rancher. No aftertaste. No chalky flavor/texture. Mixed flawlessly and doesn’t thicken or leave lumps. I would never in a million years guess this was a protein drink, let alone one with 20g per serving. It was easy on my guts too; no stinks. 🙂 I’ve started using this as my workout drink since I don’t use preworkout.

I really like this protein shake, it is definitely one of the best clear whey I’ve ever tried. It is refreshing, tastes great, and it has a very light texture (some other clear whey I’ve tried has almost a thick texture if that makes sense). It’s not chalky at all, just tastes like a sweet juice. It tastes exactly like a jolly rancher to me – although I have never actually had a sour watermelon mike and Ike so might be exactly the same flavor – either way I really like it, it’s just like drinking some juice! It’s sweeter than I prefer but that’s normal – it’s almost impossible with protein drinks to get something not overly sweet at least in my experience. I just try to water them down so they aren’t so overly concentrated and I do the same with this – it’s very easy to drink in my opinion. The mixing is pretty easy too, it blends well and the foam dissipates almost completely after a minute or so. The only thing I don’t like about it is the powder is very light (almost like corn starch) and I can’t seem to make the drink without some poofing out on the counter – but that is just being picky. Overall I am really happy with this and I will definitely buy again and prob check out some other flavors.

This was the third clear protein I purchased and it was my last attempt on trying clear proteins. I sometimes need more grams and I don’t always want to drink a milky shake, so I was desperately looking for one that’s drinkable.
The first two I tried were absolutely horrible. Both of the ones I tried didn’t have sucralose which is what I usually like to avoid drinking but they were terrible tasting. I gave this one a shot because of the reviews and when I tell you I’m so happy I didn’t give up. I think the sourness hides the whey flavor and it also hides the sucralose aftertaste the best. I’m actually not dreading the thought of drinking another cup of this.

I was very skeptical of a clear protein but wanted to try it. This stuff is legit!! I’m a nurse and like quick protein drinks that I can sip throughout my shift but didn’t like dairy products bc they can become warm. This is the perfect solution. I honestly feel like I’m drinking juice. There’s no sugar so I don’t crash afterwards. It holds me over until lunch. I don’t even use a shaker bottle because there’s no clumps with a good old cup and fork. It’s a great value, mixes great, smells fantastic (the powder smells different than when it’s made), and no stomach upset. It is definitely sour/tart so be aware of that but you can easily dilute it with water if needed to help!

I love the flavor, this product does have citrus acid in it so beware if you are very post-op bariatric surgery.
Tastes like watermelon flavored jolly ranchers but sour to me haha.
Mixability- I make mine the night before and let it settle in the fridge and I have never had any issues with clumps or anything, but when I mix it fresh, I either REALLY have to shake shake shake shake or I have to use a drink frother. Still, it’s a high proteins product, so it will take a bit to mix.
As a bariatric patient, I am so grateful for this product, protein milkshake/shakes are really starting to get old, and this is a great way to get protein in and also my water intake.

I bought this because I am not a fan of the chalky flavored protien shakes but I think this might be worse. The flavor doesn’t taste anything like Mike and Ikes it tastes the crushed up flinstones vitamins. In order for me drink this I had to dump a bunch of kool aid water mixer into the drink and even then it was hard to mask the flavor. Definitely won’t be ordering this again.
