I have been searching and searching for omegas to take daily. I couldn’t find a product I liked prior to this that only took one pill as a serving. The coating is thick, so no after taste. I researched many products, and the mono form of these create more bioavailability in the body and increase the levels in the body to easily absorb (many research articles on this, search for yourself if you want). I have had an improvement in my overall health. The fact you only need one pill was the seller for me as well as this specific product has been researched and compared to the triglyceride and ethyl water forms.

I’ve taken fish oil for years, most have a bit of a fishy aftertaste. None ever gave me results I can feel or notice! This Optimized Omega 3 Monoglyeride form does exactly that! When I take this fish oil and there is no pain in my knees on stairs or working out, it is a very easy way to know how effective this fish oil is. If I forget to take it, knee pain returns. If it is helping my knees so much, I must assume it is also helping my organs and nervous system much more than other fish oil products. It costs more than many others, but it is worth it!

In my opinion, this is one of the best fish oil products money can buy. Besides having high counts of critical EPA and DHA, it is more bioavailable than all other similar Omega products because of it’s patented formula for maximum bodily assimilation. Plus, it is enterically coated to avoid stomach acid breakdown. This is the only product for my family.
