Engineered exclusively for high-intensity workouts, this extra premium formula will jolt your senses. Use responsibly, and read the entire label before using. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This product is for adults performing high-intensity exercises who use pre-workout supplements, add 1/2 to 1 level scoop to 250mL (8 fl oz) of cold water, shake 5-10 seconds, and slam it back 30 minutes prior to workouts. First-time users should try 1/4-1/2 scoop first in 250ml (8.5 fl oz) of water to assess tolerance. Read, understand and follow the entire warnings before choosing to use. Do not consume within 4 hours prior to bedtime. Never exceed 2 servings per 24 hours.

    Highly recommend, gives me the early morning energy I sometimes need to work out. Mix well, decent flavour.

  2. Wood –

    Tastes good and has decent contents, but feels weak for someone with a somewhat high tolerance. Recommended for people not too familiar with pre workout.

    This product needs an external check on the actual values of the ingredients. Almost certain it doesn’t have the stated caffeine value as I can tell based on other products/coffee that it doesn’t have 300mg.
    Taste is good.
