Do not take all four pills at once. Spread them through the day. This will stop stomach, headache and nausea, that some experience. On top of making it more effective.

GNC has great product but for the last 20 years they have buried themselves in poor service, slow shipping, and wacky website issues. Amazon will get the product to you in less time and for most of the time a better price.
