I ordered Muscle Ease – Joint, Muscle & Nerve Support for my husband, who has lots aches and pains, especially after exertion. He took this in place of ibuprofen for a few days and said that sometimes it helped and sometimes it didn’t. Still, this product seems to be to be a better option than the OTC medications.
Now that I think about it I wish I had clarified which type of pain he was having each time he took it, because I suspect it might work better on some pains, for instance, joint pain, rather than muscle ache (or vice versa). He’s gone back to taking his ibuprofen but I suggested that he take a break from that and substitute with this herbal product for at least a few days per month. We’ll try to keep track of the results and which type of pain issue next time.

I saw this and since I deal with stuff joints and muscle issues, I thought it might be helpful.
The first thing I noticed is that it doesn’t say it’s made in the USA. The bottle says it’s manufactured exclusively for an American company. But it sure would be nice to know where they’re actually made.
The bottle has 60 capsules and dosage is 1 per day. The expiration date on my bottle is 7/2029. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste.
This is caffeine and GMO free. The proprietary blend contains a few recognizable names of supplements that aid with muscle and joint pain.
I’ve only taken these for a few days and haven’t noticed any improvements yet. I will continue to take them as I hope for good results.

This product might work better for someone else, many people feel benefits from turmeric and other similar herbs to help with inflammation and the pain that comes with it. I have hEDS which is a connective tissue disorder that causes joint laxity. I have pain basically everywhere so every now and then I try a supplement like this. I thought it was unique that tart cherry was included too. However for me, after taking this as directed daily for two weeks, I have to say I haven’t felt any difference. I will continue and finish the bottle and if I do notice a change I will update my review.

This Muscle Ease formula has a number of components I have taken individually so I was happy to gind them in one convenient formula. I really like that it also contains tart cherry. You get 60 easy to swallow capsules and the serving size is so this amounts to a 2 month supply. Overall I sound this to be a quality product with effective natural ingredients.

I have no idea how I might have injured myself, as I am no athlete and I am not overly active. However, I somehow just woke up with a consistent, numbing pain in my shoulder that lasted for a couple weeks. It limited my mobility significantly making me stiff and I avoided lifting or stretching my arm. I have taken the capsules for 4 days now and the pain is pretty much gone. I can kind of feel a little “catch” if I try to overextend my arm, but before just lifting it to put on clothes caused pain. I will pause taking them now, so as not to use them all up and be able to return to them, if needed. This worked better than Tylenol usually does for me.

The instructions state to take one capsule so for 2 or 3 days I did not get leg cramps on the last 2 nights so it worked or I am just lucky.

I recently tore a muscle and decided to give this supplement a try to see if it would help. It seemed to work slightly but was very slight as you would expect with a supplement.
The capsules themselves are standard size so easy to swallow. After swallowing they don’t produce any after taste or offer effects like flatulence or indigestion. They have a slight odor but I would not call it unpleasant. The label is clear and concise with directions and ingredients and includes an expiration date and lot number. It does state this product is GMO free but it lacks the USDA organic seal or non-GMO project butterfly seal so this is a self made claim at best. Not to say it is not but rather it is hard to verify without one of seals or stamps.
Diving deeper into the ingredients, it states this is a proprietary blend and does not indicate the amounts of each ingredient only that it has 500mg of the blend. So this could be 494mg of turmeric extract and 1mg of each of the other ingredients. There is no way to know so this might be a concern for some if you are looking for a specific amount of a supplement or ingredient.
Overall I ‘d say it’s an interesting blend seems to be good quality and did provide some benefit for what I needed it for.
