I have been taking these for 3 days. I’m going return them. My heart has been pounding & I have had a dull headache. Then I noticed the insane amount of vitamin A. This is not okay.

Multivitamins, I actually noticed a difference in my energy level and alertness when I take these vitamins. I do not take three a day, just one in the morning because they are no longer for sale on Amazon. If I had an endless supply of these I think two per day would be excellent.

I’ve been taking them vitamins for 3 months. I’ve noticed a marked difference in my energy level. I feel better and I’m less tired than before I began consuming them. The taste is not nearly as bad as most other vitamins, they don’t smell bad (like some vitamins), and they’re smaller also. I don’t enjoy having to take 3 pills, but it’s not a deal breaker. The 1st bottle was glass and came in its own box. Now, it comes in a plastic bottle and no box. I don’t like that the container is plastic. They’re definitely worth trying and the cost is better than the vegan vitamins I’ve purchased in the past. I’m happy that the vitamins are vegan.

We have these vitamins on subscribe and really have liked them very much . My husband takes them daily before work , he really feels the difference on days he forgets . He says they help him with energy and hunger as he noticed he doesn’t get as hungry and can get through those busy days when he is in the field and meetings and there’s no stopping for lunch . He also notices reaching for coffee less and less fatigue in the afternoon and is better able to transition after a busy day at work to coming home to a very busy and loud home with our very busy and loud children and granddogs lol and being present and not passing out somewhere. I also have benefited from these along with other supplements by this brand . I like to take mine mid day for a boost , I also noticed being consistent in taking them helps alleviate some of my chronic pain. I would love for these come in the glass bottle as our other supplement from this brand do .

Really like supporting a vegan company. I’m currently using 3 of their products: this multi, plus the Vegan Essentials, and the Vegan Collagen Builder. End up taking 5 pills per day: 3 of the multi, 2 of the collagen builder, and 1 of the Vegan Essentials. Can take 1 pill of the Essentials (half dose) because the multi duplicates some of the D3 and B12, which makes the Essentials last twice as long. The way I’m doing it boosts the daily B12 a bit and gives me a total of 1400 units of D3, which is just right for me. The Essentials also has omega 3, which is great. I will most likely add their separate omega 3 supplement at some point once I finish a giant bottle of vegan omega 3 that I’m also taking.

Not crazy about having to take 3 pills
They pills are pretty large and kinda hard to swallow. The vitamins seem to be good quality though.
