I purchased these a couple of months ago and saw different reviews, I am on my 3rd bag and I have to say that these vitamins are amazing. I live in Florida and I work from home so although it’s hot, I run to the front door and get them whenever I see that they were delivered. I saw some of the reviews on them melting but I have never had that issue, I have never had a bag go bad on me and the way these things work are amazing. Not only did my hair stop falling out but it is much thicker and I am full of energy. I will continue to purchase these as the proof is definitely in the pill.

I love this product I believe I do see improvement in my hair growth new and old…The issue is I wish they would package it differently it’s a pretty penny and I always have broken capsules…Also it has a smelly fishy taste sometimes and it’s hard to swallow…If theses problems could be fixed it would be amazing..For that reason I’m only giving 3 stars

Really hoping the seller is seeing the huge mistake they made in changing their packaging. I can’t stand the smell or the taste since the new packaging popped. Like others have stated, it’s an oily, dead animal smell all over the product now. It’s literally intolerable. I did contact Amazon customer service, who refunded my money. But, this was a good product before the packaging switch. I don’t know what I’ll do if they don’t fix it. Seriously bums me out. I can’t get these down, even after wiping them off with a kleenex.

I’ve been using this supplement / “complement” for over half a year now. My lab tests show that my B12 went from the low 200’s to 740, and my Omega 3 index (OmegaQuant) is now up to 6.3, which is fine for me. I haven’t tested my levels of the other nutrients contained in this product, but I’m guessing those results would be similar and in the ‘average’ range.
I don’t want to be suboptimal OR overdosing on micronutrients, so this formula is great for me – and they offer transparency on their sourcing and the purity of their ingredients. Overall I’m a fan of (and trust) this brand and the founders. It’s a bit pricey but subscribe & save helps.
Overall Complement is a reliable ‘insurance policy’ for optimal micronutrient levels for plant-based and plant-forward adherents. Good stuff.

I’ve been eating a vegan diet for 4.5 years because I am allergic to statins and I have calcium in my cardiac arteries. The Complement Essential vitamins are rich in supplements, easy to swallow, and if any taste is left from the vitamin it’s a light mint taste. I also use their protein powder in different dishes to boost my daily protein.

I had to purchase one bag from Amazon because my Complement subscription was backordered a the time unfortunately. I had no issues with the product delivered by Amazon, but looking at the reviews it seems that there is a storage or transportation issue at the Amz facilities. Please be aware that you can purchase from Complement directly even for a discount with subscription.
The product itself is the safest and truly all natural multivitamins on the market. You never know what you get with regular OTC because they are not really controlled and regulated. Do your research.

I love the complement vitamins. But this delivery, and one other, came with the inside of the bag and the pills all covered with the liquid. I feel the package was crushed.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. We opened this box and all the capsules are everywhere in the box and it smells like fish oil. The oil has leaked out of the capsules and is everywhere inside the box. This is too expensive for this to happen! I like the product when it comes intact but now am questing why they smell like fish oil–they are vegan.
