I’ve had my husband using these vitamins for over a year. He would actually tell me if he is low, before I did auto subscribe, because he felt so much better taking them.
They are nice chewy gummies and the flavor is not overwhelming.
You have to take a few at a time which I thought would be a turn off for him, but he has continued.

Very poor bottle opening system. I have bought a bottle and the opening lid is simply not opening. It is so confusing.. I dont know how to open this now.

Even if these didn’t have any of the nutritional benefits that they do have, I’d still enjoy eating them. Hats off to the people who developed the flavor and texture of these. They’re my “sweet treat” each day. My daughter always eyeballs me and asks what I have in my mouth. Uh….. nothing.

I got the bottle with 180 gummies. I bought these on sale as it was an amazing value at that price. A serving of these is 6 a day, which did catch me off guard. They arrived in perfect condition as well. They taste extremely good and melt in your mouth as you chew.
I didn’t experience any side effects such as stomach upset or indigestion. The ingredients look really good and I didn’t see any dyes. The gummies themselves smell fruity.
As for the vitamin effect, I did feel they were potent enough to help with my slight vitamin deficiencies. They are tasty and were effective. I only gave it 4 stars because a bottle not on sale is usually around the $30 dollar mark. I’ve seen gummy supplements for half that price with around the same amount. So use this information however you want. Thank you!

The gummies are too dry and do not taste good.
