This is a good prenatal, with most things you need in meaningful amounts. It offers phenomenal value for 4 months of tablets.
Please note – it only contains 2% of your choline, so please look into adding some in elsewhere as the research suggests it is very important for your growing baby. You would also need something else for Omegas, and possibly Calcium as that one is quite low.

365 by Whole Foods Market, Multi Prenatal One Daily, 180 Tablets. These prenatal vitamins are larger than your standard adult multi-vitamin and have a strong earthy vitamin smell and taste. If you have any difficulty with swallowing vitamins you will have trouble with these. Also the smell/taste triggers morning sickness for some. If you don’t have issues with those factors, then these prenatal vitamins are great. They are from a trusted company and made in the U.S. They have good ingredients.

The serving size is just one tablet. The taste is fishy, with a lingering iron aftertaste. It’s easy to swallow, with no sharp edges. I feel better overall but next time I take it, I’ll make sure to eat something afterwards 🤢.

These vitamins are a pretty large pill, they’re about an inch long and pretty wide as well. They also have a strong vitamin smell to them, if you’ve ever smelled liquid infant multivitamin it’s very similar. So the smell and size are easily the biggest con. I’m pleased with the nutrients offered with this vitamin and have experienced no stomach upset since starting these.

I like that these prenatal vitamins are from a reputable company that is known for its quality ingredients and the fact that I only take one pill a day is amazing, therefore this bottle is going to last me five months and saves me a lot of money. Like many other whole food prenatal vitamins that I’ve taken in the past, these pills are big and “earthy” in taste, that’s not something that bothers me, but I can see how some people might be sensitive to that.
The vitamins and minerals in these prenatals are pretty good and everything you really need, I do wish that they would use the methylated form of folate instead of folic acid, folic acid is the synthetic version of folate whereas the methylated form is easier absorbed by the body and is in its natural form.
I am not currently pregnant, so I am taking these to prepare my body for a potential pregnancy but once I am pregnant, I would get a prenatal that has the methylated version of folate.

I trust Whole Foods Market products. These prenatal vitamins are an incredible vitamin. My doctor had wanted me to start taking a multivitamin and approved this one. The bottle arrived with the inner seal intact. The recommended dose is 1 pill per day. The vitamin is large, but it is very easy to swallow. I just moisten my mouth and throat beforehand by drinking a few simps of water. The vitamin does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste like some I have tried. I have had no stomach issues or gas issues from the vitamin. It is a great value to get 180 pills for one price.

This supplement has been great so far. It is a larger pill and it has a smell to it, although it’s not necessarily bad. Im not pregnant nor do I plan to be but sometimes prenatal offer a variety of nutrients I’m looking for in 1 pill versus others. Good value.

This is a great prenantal vitamin, I love the amounts of everything you get and the confidence that I am getting everything I need. There isn’t any bad taste or aftertaste and the pill size is great, easy to swallow and no issues going down with water. I would buy again and will continue to use in pregnancy.
