I will try to review because they are good but at the same time bad.
It do the work of what it said. But every time a take them pass and hour I feel dizzy and very nausea it last like 5 min. And go away. But is everytime I take them.

This is the best woman’s vitamin I have ever tried that’s under 15$ and still good. tastes a bit like spices and herbs, sounds strange but in a good way. I recommend these for woman who are looking for a way to be healthier and for nail growth, so if you are overwhelmed choosing what affordable vitamin to take this is a great choice. I also take an omega 3 supplement in a lemon flavor and a high potency Vitamin D because I tend to run low on VD, and this improves mood especially during the winter months when we get less sunlight. I am 40 years old and with no major health issues and my regime works well together, also magnesium is good for depression, helps promote sleep and regularity (for constipation issues, it’s a natural way to ease this) I will certainly be buying more of these

These are pretty good vitamins, I’m about a week into taking them and I have noticed my nails have gotten stronger and grow faster. I haven’t noticed anything with my skin or hair. The only issue I have is that they taste HORRIBLE!!!!! I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what, but they taste like some sort of meat or something savory. I like eating meat and savory things but when the flavor is coming from my vitamins I get grossed out. I DREAD taking my pills and vitamins every morning because of the flavor of these…I have to take my meds with juice now instead of water, so I can cover up the taste a little bit. They’re also pretty big pills, and kind of hard to swallow, but that’s not a huge deal for me.

These are solid! Since I started taking them 5 months I haven’t really gotten sick, my energy levels are noticeably better when I take it and it’s helped my mood as well. Biggest advice , TAKE THESE WITH FOOD. If I take these and don’t eat anything it will turn my stomach upside down. For the price this is the best value and I’ve done a decent amount of research
