This is a well-priced no frills synthetic multivitamin. It has what you would expect and want in a cheap multivitamin at a fair cost. However, the excessively high amounts of B-Vitamins in this turns my urine into a noticeably green color that doesn’t seem to change even with a lot of water. On paper, your body simply flushes out all excessive B-Vitamins it cannot use, but there are cases in people where there bodies can’t handle this excessive amount of B-Vitamins and it leads to bodily complications.
Personally, while this multivitamin has left me feeling ‘fine’, I will not buy it again. I will spend the extra $10 or so and go with Naturelo’s daily multivitamin for men which isn’t made with synthetic vitamins and doesn’t have excessive vitamin dosages that go well past the daily value. After doing research I definitely recommend that you prioritize organic, natural vitamins instead of synthetic ones like this wherever you can. HOWEVER, if price/budget is really tight for you, then Nutricost is a good choice if you do not think the aforementioned cons will apply to you.

Good vitamins but they smell like rancid piss, hopefully I didn’t get a bad batch. I don’t know much of a difference in my mood and happiness from these, but I am less tired throughout the day. But they really smell extremely bad.
