i see from the label there are some nice natural ingredients, the rest is chemical. It is so much better than Centrum, which caused break out on skin and irregular period and stomach pais. I do not feel any side effect taking this. I can feel better appetite and sleep, and less fatigue.

These pills are STINKY they smell and taste like plant fertilizer but I just have been taking them quickly with food as a chaser and the taste goes away after you take a bite of something. It’s recommended to take 4 a day so I’m taking 2 with dinner and trying to figure out a way to put the powder in maybe a smoothie so it won’t be as noticeable in the AM. I like everything about them besides the smell, all the vitamins are derived from actual plants which is cool. Dang they stink tho lol she’s a 10 but she smells like plant fertilizer

I’m taking a combination of Dr. Clark’s bug buster and Dr. Clark’s fungal fighter as well as Dr. Tobias’s deep immune probiotics and Naturelo Whole Food multivitamin for women. Dr. Clark’s pills are nice because they have no bad taste and it’s only one pill a day of each.
I’ve long had a diet high in carbs and sugar and have suffered from leaky gut syndrome for years. My symptoms were: thick coating on my tongue, bad breath, fissures on the corners of my mouth, acne, dry skin, achy joints, and chronic constipation. As soon as I began taking these pills I noticed an improvement in my symptoms. They have completely cured my chronic constipation. For the last 8 years I averaged 4 bowel movements a month and I now go daily. The coating on my tongue, the fissures on the corners of my mouth, and my bad breath are gone. The aching in my joints has improved by 75%. All of these improvements were without any change in diet and happened within two weeks of starting the pills. I’m still having breakouts on my face but it’s also that time of month for me. Since I’m taking a combination of pills I’m not sure exactly which one is doing the trick but I will continue taking them as long as they are available because I have seen such good improvements. I’ve tried others that didn’t work at all and am so relieved I found Dr. Clark’s.
The deep immune probiotics are capsule form, have no taste, and are small. They are two capsules daily. The vitamins are capsule form as well which is great because I hate those big horse pills other companies make that have that terrible vitamin taste. These have no taste and don’t make me nauseated. The only downfall is they are four capsules daily but, as an RN, I know you don’t actually need to take a multivitamin daily so I only take two a day just to give me a boost since my diet lacks variety.
If you are looking up these pills you probably suffer from leaky gut as well. Diet has such a huge impact on health. For those of you who, like me, have a hard time giving up all the carbs and sugar, these pills at least help balance the overgrowth of bad bacteria/yeast. I’m going to come back to update this review, however, 4 days of taking two per day has already shown results. The first thing I noticed was how much better I am sleeping! I notice when I’m deficient in some vitamin I sleep poorly. These vitamins cleared that up almost immediately. I’ve slept hard for the past 3 nights. The other thing I’m noticing is my mood feels very stable. I’m an impulsive person by nature which controls my emotions sometimes. The past 3 days I’ve felt pretty introverted and calm. I do wish I had a little more energy, but I think that may come with time. These vitamins are Whole Foods, organic, non GMO and vegan verified. No nasty gelatin capsule. The last thing I’m noticing so far is I’m much more hungry during the day. Which may turn out to be helpful if I push myself to eat healthy plant based foods all day. People of the world say that hungry people are healthy people. So, I’m staying optimistic!

Before starting this vitamins I found myself Tired every day, I had no energy and just wanted to sleep all the time, I had a hard time focusing, just in general I had a hard time being productive.
After starting with these vitamins which but the way they are very Easy to swallow, they actually help with energy levels due to this I find myself being More productive on a daily basis, they come in capsules which I Personally think is better than hard pills, they’re organic and I think the price is fair given the amount and efficiency.
Almost one month with them and they’ve gained a loyal customer. I know there are cheaper options out there but I wouldn’t get the same results. I can’t wait to try their other products.

These are the best multi vitamins I’ve ever had. I genuinely feel better taking these. I particularly like the four a day. I have 2 with my breakfast and 2 with my dinner. My energy levels have increased and I’ve bought them many times. These are my favourite vitamins by far and I highly recommend.
