There is no doubt that New Chapter is a well-known and highly respected brand in the vitamin industry, especially when it comes to Whole Food or Organic products and ingredient quality.
With this said, I tried this and I like the results after being on it for a month and a half. I typically use some of the other leading whole food or organic multivitamin brands like Garden of Life myKind Organics, MegaFood, and Naturelo. I had previously liked the 2 a day formulas because they offer more than a one a day but it’s still not too many tablets or capsules. However, I decided with some of the other supplements I take to see if I can simplify my routine to a one a day Multivitamin.
I feel this vitamin covers almost all the bases in terms of vitamins, minerals, and even some additional supplements included in their blends, and at optimal amounts. I rated it 5 stars because I felt it deserved more than 4, however, I would have ideally rated it 4.5 due to one thing. The vitamin is ideal on many levels of nutrients except it has an unusually low level of Folate (one of the B vitamins which is water soluble). Compared to the other B vitamins this only offers 50% of the RDA and 200 mcg DFE as folic acid from ferment media (also called ferment media or fermentate as the nutrient is fermented) as opposed to the minimum amount of at least 300 mcg DFE which would be 75% of the RDA. Of course, as excess Folate is excreted from the body, there is no need for this Multivitamin not to include 100% of the RDA as Folate as it is an important supplement for men and the B vitamins included in this meet or exceed the RDA. I am not sure why New Chapter does not rectify this, and due to this I have chosen to take a B complex daily too, which in a way defeats the point of the one daily, however, I do get an overall boost of B vitamins too. I take the Garden Of Life Vitamin Code B Complex, dosage is 2 capsules, but I take 1 with this Multivitamin and I find it makes for a better overall effect. Outside of that one issue, I do feel this is a great multivitamin for men that covers (almost) all the essential nutrients needed in addition to a healthy lifestyle and healthy diet. Also, I have family members who take the Woman’s 40+ version and feel it works well too.

Taste isn’t good but that’s fine with me. No upset tummy. They smell fine to me it’s not like a bad smell. I’m happy with the vitamins included in them. Little big to swallow but was able to swallow anyways.

I got a 7 day pill box for my husband and fill each day with these New Chapter multivitamins so he remembers to take them. I only use New Chapter brand for all my vitamins because of the quality research and ingredients. He doesn’t care for the taste and size. I tell him at least you don’t have to take 3 tablets like I do hahaha. So far they are working well for him and I have peace of mind.

Hey there! Let me tell you about my secret weapon for staying energized and healthy. These vitamins are the real deal! I’ve been taking them for five years now, and let me tell you, they’re the tastiest vitamins I’ve ever had. Not that I’ve had a ton of vitamins, but you know what I mean.
Anyway, these little guys are easy to swallow, packed with high-quality ingredients, and they give me the boost I need to tackle the day. I highly recommend taking them in the morning, but if you’re a night owl like me, they work just as well before bed.
And get this: I’ve never had any stomach issues, and you can totally take them on an empty stomach. So go ahead and give them a try. Your body will thank you, and you’ll feel like a superhero. Trust me, I’m basically a vitamin expert by now.

Great product, this day and age it’s hard to get all the vitamins one needs, life is too busy at times. Being able to take a quality vitamin, one that does not hurt my stomach helps. Not a huge horse pill, easy to swallow, unlike some multivitamins. Been taking these for an about a year now.

Great product – but needs more nutrients – cayenne pepper which supports the turmeric, calcium which supports the vitamin D, and magnesium which also supports the vitamin D, and African Pygeum, which also supports prostate, Saigon cinnamon, milk thistle are all needed for this product – then it would be near perfect.

Makes me feel great. I take daily. Sometimes if I feel a little off physically I can take a second pill. Then I feel great again. I trust this brand. I like that it is easily absorbed on an empty stomach, although I take it in the morning around breakfast time. I’ve not had any bad side effects. My wife takes the Woman’s version of this vitamin. The quality of this multi-vitamin is worth the additional expense versus other brands. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been taking this on and off for 3 years now, and I really like it. I feel better when I’ve been regularly taking this. You can take this vitamin on an empty stomach and it will not upset you. I usually eat a little something when I take supplements to help absorption, but honestly, I have no complaints. I recommend New Chapter as a brand and think they are a quality company. This vitamin is much better than Centrum or Theragran-M which I started taking when I was about 20 years old. This product is far Superior! It’s a large pill, so it’s awkward to swallow sometimes, but no larger than any others. No flavor
