Naturelo is a Whole Foods Multivitamins not Synthetic ones and no bad Fillers such as Magnesium Stearate, Silicone Dioxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose etc….
I like Naturelo and personally I can feel the difference compared to the Synthetic ones like Centrum or One Daily.

I think it might work, but you gotta wash it down and then some because it tastes like wood chips and rodent feces, or like you fell face down in the animal cage at a petting zoo and then washed your tongue with the water they drink full of hay saliva.

I started taking this multivitamin after looking for something better than the normal branded multivitamin that i usually buy each month. I was looking at a more ‘Natural’ multivitamin and this came on top time and time again from other reviews, it was praised for the high quality ingredients and a family member said he noticed a huge difference in his health and well-being. After using Naturelo One Daily i can honestly say i understand what he is talking about as i feel more alert, i have more energy and i have found i don’t need a mid afternoon nap anymore.
One of the things that i noticed was the levels of vitamins and minerals in it compared to the mega amounts found in most multivitamins these days. I never gave this much thought until I started looking into it, and realized that the reason there are such huge amounts in other multivitamins is because they aren’t well absorbed, and therefore a lot has to be included. One of the other things I noticed about this multivitamin is that it also contains a Organic Fruit and Vegetable Blend which is very rare in a Once Daily Multi. I am a firm believer that you are what you eat and i will continue using Naturelo for this reason, I only want to consume natural things that have not been modified in labs, just read other reviews of this fantastic product. For what you get in this product verses the cost it is a absolute bargain.
I have also been very impressed with the Naturelo company, they are very helpful in any advice or questions you may have and answer them on a very prompt basis. I am very pleased i found this product and will be buying more from then shortly.

I’ve recently been diagnosed for Osteoporosis and I’ve learned that just taking Calcium doesn’t do enough. You have to make sure the calcium is being absorbed. I’ve been using this brand of multi vitamin for years and have been satisfied with it. It’s a bit on the dry side so you’ll likely have to swallow it with some water.
It’s got a nice blend of B complex and other water and fat soluble vitamins, as well as chelated minerals and some fruit and veggie preparations, which pretty much covers all your daily needs in one tablet

I have bought this a couple of times now. Its very easy on the stomach. I can even take it on a empty stomach without any issues. I have taken other brands that make me very sick even taken with food. I was impressed they use the methyl version of B12 which is easier for the body to use.
