This is a good, sugar free and vegan gummy supplement with a good serving of vitamins and minerals. The taste is actually good and there’s is no yucky aftertaste. Since it is vegan, it’s a little more chewier than normal gummies. But not a weird chewy at all. Taste great in our opinion.

Got these for my 24 year old son to take and he was glad they are gummy vitamins. The label shows how many different vitamins are actually in these little raspberry shaped gummy. They have the normal list of most multivitamins, but some upon further research that are especially good for men.
As soon as you open the container your are hit with a very strong vitamin smell. It’s so strong and rough it made him wonder if he’d be able to take them. He tried them and said at first the gummies made him think hmm hard gummy but he said after first chew they were actually a good soft gummy. He also loves the flavor! So the smell might be rough to handle but the flavor is good. He described it as sort of a licorice yet fruity.
He’s been taking them a little while now and he said he actually looks forward to taking them, like a dessert. He’s glad I got them for him and says he’d like to keep taking them. That’s a winner as far as I’m concerned and glad we found a multivitamin he actually likes.

Review of: SUKU Vitamins – Complete Men’s Multi – Mixed Fruit Fusion Gummy Vitamins, 60 Count
Other than for the cost, almost $18.50 for a 30-day supply of vitamins, I consider the Suku Vitamins to be more than acceptable.
Based on the ‘supplement facts’ label on the product, the combination and number of vitamins is equal to or even more complete than other ‘complete men’s multi’ vitamins that I’ve taken before.
From a size perspective, the individual gummies are what I consider to be just the right size. At around ½ inches by ½ inches the gummies are small enough to chew through two at a time; though being gummies I do prefer to just do one at a time.
From a chewy standpoint, I’ve found the gummies to not be the softer/easier-to-chew/melt-in-my-mouth type of gummy but instead a firmer/take-longer-to-chew type of gummy that takes me at least 30 seconds to work my way through.
The taste part of the gummies I did find interesting in that according to the label the taste should be watermelon and blueberry. But, in the bottle I have, all the gummies are the same shape so I can’t look at them to tell what flavor they might be. In any case, I do think that the blueberry taste is more pronounced in the blueberry gummies while the watermelon taste is so slight as to be almost undetectable. Still, even though the product is sugar free, each gummy is sweet enough for my tastes so that the lack of watermelon flavor isn’t a major concern for me.
Overall, nice enough gummy vitamins that are dairy free, soy free, egg free, peanut free and shellfish free.

If you don’t know the vitamin requirements for men and women are different and should be considered. These are quality vitamins that unlike some others contain no added sugar. The texture is a little firm and they can stick to your teeth. I will not go through each vitamin included but needless to say, there are a lot. They are listed on the bottle in terms of quantity but I would have liked to see the percent recommended daily intake as well. One thing to say is these are a little on the pricey side.

This is a 30-day men’s sugar-free multivitamin (2 gummies a day).
The gummies have a hint of fruity flavor but because they don’t have sugar or artificial sweetener, they are not as “tasty” as other multivitamins. The taste is OK and you get used to it but it’s definitely a tradeoff.
The ingredients seem comparable to other multivitamins; some more and some less of ingredients. The key ingredients in this multi are biotin (833%) and vitamin B12 (1875%)

Many gummy vitamins are more candy than vitamin. These actually have a good amount of many of the things I look for, including iodine. I would prefer a higher thiamine amount for digestive health, but you always sacrifice some things for the convenience of a single vitamin. These don’t bother my stomach at all. The lack of sugar is great and they have very low net carbs.
Since these are so packed with vitamins, they do have that generic multi-vitamin flavor. Not bad, and still easier to use than the giant pills that can require drinking a lot to push all the way down.
