High quality, good ingredients and awesome vitamin content. My kids don’t seem to love the flavor but they take it when I make them. A bit pricey but decent quality for cost. Easy to swallow but pretty thick. Effective and I’m sure helps their energy as growing babies.

I’m not keen on swallowing pills if I don’t have to. And multivitamins tend to be on the larger side. While there are gummies, this liquid version is a nice alternative. And it’s delicious. It doesn’t have an artificial strawberry flavor but taste like they use real berries.
This is my first bottle so I have to wait before I can judge if I’m feeling the benefits. But I found this beautiful little cordial carved glass made for schnapps or other such spirits and found it holds exactly 2 ounces. Perfect! So now I take my morning “strawberry shot” before I start my day.
I’m on the fence if it’s going to be worth the higher price tag in the long run but for now I love it.

Taste great. Better cold. I love that you can order this on AutoShip but I definitely recommend buying injestables directly from Mary Ruth’s website. I got one shipment and the flavor and color was totally off. As soon as I opened it up, I knew something was wrong. Usually, it’s like an orange color and this was yellow. I contacted Mary Ruth’s directly and they shipped me a new one after provided lot number from bottom of bottle.

4 stars though because it is disgustingly sweet. Tastes alright, the strawberry. I’d give up some taste if they’d cut out at least half the sweetener! I have to drink a ton of water to keep from choking on the sweetness. I wouldn’t mix it with juice because I’d end up on an ugly sugar high! Instead I make sure to take some sort of protein to balance out.
It is worth the trouble. I feel like these vitamins are absorbed and don’t upset my stomach even if I don’t eat anything at all. I was on a high quality vitamin pill but it upset my stomach if I didn’t eat and I didn’t feel half as well as I do on this. ‘Twould be perfect were it not so sweet.
