I’m in my last quarter for a masters in nutrition and just finished a heavy-duty course on supplements and compounds. In conducting research in my courses, I’ve come to realize how important timing of taking certain supplements is for absorption. For instance, you should not take calcium and iron together since the calcium with block absorption of the iron. This liquid supplement is great for this because it doesn’t combine the two in one and in fact, they have a different calcium magnesium liquid for this. This makes it easy for me to have the multivitamin in the morning and the calcium and magnesium at night when it helps me to have cozy sleep.
My numbers have improved since taking this supplement and, it was a lifesaver over the last year after having to have a hiatal hernia repaired from lifting too much in the garden a while ago. When you have that surgery, you have to go on a liquid diet for several months and no vegetables for a long time. I added it to my protein shakes and I never felt deficient or run down. It was a double bonus I didn’t have to crush or try to swallow a pill.
I also appreciate it comes in glass, lacks fillers and the company does a fantastic job at packaging the liquid for shipments. I had a delivery where the driver threw it over the fence and then tossed another package on top of it. The bottle wasn’t broken but the other package had a product with a dent. I’m impressed, seriously.

I like the glass bottle and the taste. I feel more alert and have noticed less joint pain. This product does not cause any digestion issues for me. The price was comparable to other liquid vitamins and quality seems very good. I try to stay away from vitamins that give me way more energy than I had before, typically a tell tale sign of an energy additive, not the vitamins themselves. To me, a good vitamin helps maintain your health, joints, and skin over time. This product does that for me. Product smells like other liquid vitamins which is not a bad smell to me.

I just opened my latest 2-pack ordered. This was my 3rd order of this product (total of 3 bottles so far). Unfortunately this latest order tastes, nor looks, like the 3 previous bottles. Horrible watered down taste and color like tea. Previous 3 bottles were rich in flavor and color. So am I getting all the benefits promoted? Very displeased

I don’t usually make reviews but I had to for these vitamins because they are so amazing. I took one serving and within an hour I ascended. My cells thanked me for the nutrition and my soul was rejuvenated. They are so much easier to stomach than huge multivitamin pills, and they absorb so much faster! The taste is not bad! It’s not too sweet and has a tangy flavor, it definitely taste like it’s healthy haha. I will forever be buying this, this is a life changer. If you are looking for a multivitamin look no further. I have been taking this for years. Great quality and packaged well. Only one time was there an issue with leaking and they sent a replacement quickly.
