It has a strong vitamin flavor but I mixed it in a little unfiltered pineapple juice or unfiltered apple juice. Applesauce helps with delivery. That said, it’s excellent nutrition for anyone undergoing any surgery on gastrointestinal system. I like the clean ingredients as well.

I love this product for many reasons, including that it’s organic, non-GMO, made in the USA, and full of vitamins and minerals in liquid form for easy absorption—all wholesome ingredients without synthetic elements.

Actif is a brand I am familiar with and like, I am pretty conservative with what I use for HBA, Supplements or food preferring organic when possible. I am a pretty picky eater and need to supplement my day for better nutrition and am always looking at different vitamin options.

Back to my review:
The price at the time of the order was $41.49 which many people may say is expensive (myself included) until I think of it this way – $41.49 X 12 = $497.88 for the year if taken daily. If I think about it that way and look at my eating habits this is a good investment for me. I’ll probably end up spending less because I do not always take every supplement in my regime daily to avoid paying for really expensive urine 😉

I was having problems swallowing the huge pills and hated the chewable vitamins so I have been on the lookout for a liquid.
This product is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality and taste. I have already started telling everyone and hope that the product is around a very long time.

I think this product a great replacement for all the pills I don’t want to take everyday.. taste great.. would recommend eating something before taking.. I haven’t tried it on empty stomach … but I will be purchasing again.. smooth texture smells like fresh fruit..

I love that this is organic and a liquid. I was eating their gummies for years and do to absorption issues I had to take more than recommended. Now I take this once a day and it works great. It is not that great taste wise but I will keep taking it because I get results. I take my 2 tblsp in the morning and I am done. I follow it with a different chewable or gummy to get rid of the taste. I do not burp this up either. So money wise for me it is a deal as I am reducing my dose to once per day using the liquid. I do recommend this product. It works.

This stuff works, give it a week and you can feel the difference in your month. If you follow the directions it works even better.
