Prefer liquids to other forms as they absorb so much better. Have lots of things to deal with, so a pretty comprehensive vitamin and even more complex will catch my eye. This has got good doses of good nutrients. Taste is fine. No upset with use.

Update – after giving it tries for days I finally got it open. I like the taste. I like the taste of generic versions of fizzy Vitamin C products and this is similar. Will update with results. This seems really promising.
Original review- I can’t open it. I’ve whacked the sides of the cap, put the cap under hot water, nothing works. I can’t tell what’s in it because both the bottle and the box have stickers covering the ingredients. I will update if I can ever open the bottle.

I take so many supplements that I started to worry about the amount of gel capsules I consume daily. I therefore began ordering as many supplements as I could find in a liquid form, but taking all the vitamins and minerals needed on a daily basis can end up being expensive. This complete liquid multivitamin is a great source and provides me with more than 100% of most every vitamin and mineral I take daily in one convenient serving.
The flavor is ok but hard to drink straight, so I like to add it to my morning smoothie to help mask it.

As a vegan I am always looking for supplements that help me get vitamins I may be missing. After reading the description for this product, I wanted to give it a try. Per the description, this multivitamin has several vital vitamins and it helps to promote energy, skin and aids in hair growth. I like that it is sugarfree and gmo free. It is easy to take (I’ve been taking 2 tsp via a shot glass). It has a mango flavor, but it is more watery and thin than expected, so the taste (to me) isn’t the best, but it isn’t difficult to consume, as it doesn’t have an off-putting aftertaste. I also like that it is in a bottle. I have noticed an increase in my energy level since taking. It I worth trying if you are not a fan of pills and you want to get your daily dose of multivitamins.

This is an effective, quick-acting multivitamin overall. It has a mild fruit flavor but a slight metallic aftertaste. It is easy to drink even on an empty stomach, and it is a large size. The recommended dose is 10-15 mL daily—15 mL is equivalent to 1 tablespoon.

So far, so good. Hard to tell with vitamins until you’ve been taking them for a while. It’s been a couple weeks now. I can say that it doesn’t taste to horrible. At least, not at first. Not the nicest after taste but it’s not a lingering one so definitely can manage it. I will say, in the short time I’ve been taking it, I am seeing a difference in some things like my hair, nails. I’ve been losing more hair than usual the past few months so my husband has been ordering me what he feels like may work. I’ve started taking this multivitamin along with a few others and while I haven’t had it long enough to know if it’s really working it does taste great, making it easy to get down daily. The lid doesn’t fit very snug after opening it so I’m always worried I’m going to make a mess when I shake the bottle, per the instructions.
